[DE] Slayblade macht echt viel Spass, es ist super Einsteiger freundlich, gute Beats und sehr motivierend und für 4,41 € ein super Battle Game. Ich hoffe das der Entwickler Slayblade, weiter verbessert <3 [EN] Slayblade is really fun; it's super beginner-friendly, has great beats, and is very motivating—and for €4.41, it's a fantastic battle game. I hope the developer continues to improve Slayblade <3

It's not the hardest or most in depth rouguelite you're ever going to play, but it's good for what it is. I think the gameplay is fun, if a bit simple, the music has a nice beat, and the aesthetic is easy on the eyes. What more could you ask for for $5.
The developer PERFECTLY understands the appeal of bay battles. The momentum-based combat is exhilarating and intuitive (pro-tip for Steam Deck users, change the right trackpad to mouse and set sensitivity to 175%). The build-crafting is quite fun though I assume it will only get deeper as I progress across runs. And the game PROPERLY represents how these tops should be presented as powerful artifacts that have shaped the course of history, just like a toy line from the 2000's. Hard recommend.
好玩,很不错的独立游戏~要是能多点剧情就更好了~
This game needed more time in the oven. The items you add to your blads don't give a good description of what they do while others are useless or make it harder to win and make no sense. This game could of used a wiki or something to give more information. I found the best way to win is to ignore playing the game and wait for P blocks to pull off your main ability which creates a mind set of "do you want to play Beyblade or do you want to win?" I'm hoping the dev's see the comments on this game and update it later because the "replay value" tag is not accurate in the current game state.
makes me hungry for crumpets.
You play as a black kid, who's father left him when he was young. I give "Where's my father? Simulator" a 5/5
During the demo I posted a review saying I would recommend it. However, with the release and what content has shown, I can't recommend it anymore. as some folks pointed out it, the DEMO is basically the full game. with less quality of life changes. alot of the cons I had are still here. 1. not any real story, and the loose bit of story there are is just wasted on memes and nothing of value. 2. the final bit is literally only 3 battles that cost you more money then the pay out. 3. there is literally 0 point to actually build any interesting builds since spin destruction is just OP. 4. certain NPC's move in ways you literally cant; this could be just up to me not knowing secret mechanics but what's the point of them if there is no way of knowing or figuring it out? 5. shop takes forever to rotate now, I get it for balance reason to not allow it but the gotcha machine is still viable. 6.the music is nice but it get so repetitive. I am glad the devs polished EVERY BIT of the game play wise but it feels like it's lacking in so much, this has SO MUCH potential to be an amazing and great game but as it is, it feels like it's meant to be a good/decent mobile game.
game feels SOOOOO unfinished gameplay is pretty cool (despite the meta being pretty focused on powerups and how heavily powerups influence a match almost to the point where instead of focusing on the opponent it's just better to get a good build, grab the 2 powerups and win) but the game just refuses to stick around at all and I basically beat the game before I even knew what happened, story is genuinely such a afterthought, there's like 2 songs that play and they're decently okay but they feel like placeholder music, everything except for the gameplay itself feels so unfinished, game was kinda fun and it isn't inherently a waste of money but the game is just so short, I know this is a rougelite and I'm meant to replay it to have different builds and stuff but there isn't any real achivements besides steam achivements, different gamemodes, there isn't anything to actually incentivise me to play the game again and the story is so MID BROOO, it's so mid, it's genuinely so rushed please for the love of god I hope this game gets an update that fixes the story or atleast just removes it entirely, this game doesn't need a story overall: gameplay: pretty alright, gameplay and customisation for your (slay)blade replayability: game is a rougelite which allows for replayability but it definitely doesn't feel like runs could be that different from one another, there's no incentive to replay the game because there's no real challenges or achivements or difficulties gamefeel: combat is pretty alright, game feels uninished(?) there seems to be a fair direction for how the game should feel but it just doesn't really feel immersive at all tutorial: game literally had 20 minutes of me being confused, and then as soon as I learnt the game the game was completed price: really cheap so it makes it pretty difficult to hate it (I got it at a 15% discount) my feedback: remove the story entirely add character to the people you fight against draw out the gameplay a bit more by adding more difficulties or challenges (genuinely I seriously shouldn't spend half my play time confused what to do it feels annoying that I finished the game first try without any pushback at all) make the gui feel less defaulty and boring and try add a bit more try make the world feel more alive add more soundtracks, PLEASEEE, PLEASE ADD MORE SOUNDTRACKS, 2 soundtracks is not enough for a game, atleast have it so all the songs use the same motiff if it's that costly to make songs bossfights? also probably not everything has to be a rougelite, I think this game just shouldn't be a rougelite tbh, the game would basically do so much better if it was more linear of a game and I had ways of unlocking (slay)blade pieces through playable levels and whatnot instead of it being delegated to runs.... but if it has to be a rougelite (like every game has to be for some reason) I think adding more replayability such as challenges or difficulties could be nice just overall better indicators of what things actually mean or allow me to experiment for longer, I'm so angry that I genuinely just learnt how to play the game and the game ends like COME ONNNN MANNN I'm not getting a refund because I have faith that the game will receive updates to fix some of these issues (it did come out 7 days ago) [even though it'd be nice if the game had some more time to cook]
