Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 28 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The characters are very different from eachother, which makes playing through the 5 stages with each character interesting. Story is silly, but endearing. Your basic shot is powered up by grazing, which encourages a fun and tense play-style. Each character also has a magic attack that's usually stronger than the basic attack, but not more than the graze powered basic attack, so using both feels natural. Worth the money for sure. Got a 1CC on easy on my first try, so beginners are welcome.
This game is nice and has a cute PSP style (not in a bad way) and I like the idea of having a "walking character shoot'em up" (basically like Ikari Warriors but with an auto-walk or a top-down Chelnov/Atomic Runner) where you get environmental elements that are either fans that pushes you or slippery ice which makes bullet dodging harder (but is very unbalanced when playing purely for the score). The story is silly but it is a nice change to see that all of the protagonists are both bosses and playable (albeit the last one).
shame that Yashin isn't an unlockable character even if it's for a joke/non canon ending.
But I consider it inferior to Castle Shikigami 2 and 3 (while still being better than the first). I just hope we get a sequel that fixes some of the issues and improves upon this game and that we'll finally get the third Shiro on Steam very soon. Tl;Dr get the game in sales.

I personally didn't care for the generic chibi characters, the halfbaked cube mini-bosses, the dialogue, the music, or the story, though I've tried to look past that. But I kept walking too far into bullets, but that could be from having a monitor above 60 fps while the game logic is tied to 60. Trying to tap the d-pad gently was still more finicky than it should have been for a bullet hell game. Perhaps the bullet patterns are fine, but I can't put up with feeling so little control any longer. I also hate everything the setting, characters' personalities, and the visual aesthetic too much to want to replay the game long enough to get good. It is nice that there are 5 different characters to choose from, but I am not feeling this game.
When I first purchased this game, I was very new to shmups in general, having only real experience with Touhou. I was surprised to see so many recommendations for this title considering it seems to do pretty much everything I've now been taught is terrible within the genre: momentum based stage gimmicks, visual obscuration, do-nothing enemies that come in predictable blobs, uninspired scenery and samey music, etc. etc... All of that not mentioning the technical side of things, which is for some reason a rule in shmups, where rebinding the controls or even getting the game to recognize your controller properly is a feat in and of itself. For some reason the 'skip cutscene' key is also hidden and not able to be rebound, so have fun hunting around for that. Aside from the cast of the characters and their portraits being somewhat interesting, the story is as meaningless as you'd expect it to be, and none of the bosses stand out in terms of mechanics or patterns. I will say that the grazing mechanic which powers up your shots when you're close to a bullet is cool, but it's not enough on its own to redeem what is otherwise a lukewarm flop of a game. Gave it more than a few tries, but it just doesn't hold up to other stand-outs in the genre.
It's a good quick game. It's not particularly hard compared to other bullet hells but nothing really stands out as a unique feature. I would recommend it on sale.
it's uh... it's alright. goes on sale for three dollars and that's about as much as i'd recommend it for. it's not as interesting as castle of shikigami but it's functional and there's some okay jokes.
I'm a shmup beginner and not enjoying this one. So, long story short, PICK THIS UP IF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING IS TRUE: 1) you already played its spiritual predecessors, Castle Shikigami, to death. Castle Shikigami 2, a classic, is easily available on Steam or on PS2/GameCube if you prefer to play an older version. 2) You somehow love the aesthetic (more power to ya) 3) You are hardcore into shmups and need something quality to play I originally got Sisters Royale because I thought the game would be more accessible and lighthearted, but idk, I'm not a fan of the visuals at all. The harem anime thing is funny but not my style either. Music is good, score system is fun and "juicy," but idk everything just looks so bland and cheap. I've played sparse shmups but this game is kind of just an eyesore with its saturated colors. Idk if it's just me, but I also felt like my character's hit box didn't have that razor sharp clarity it does in the Shikigami series Also as a bonus I wanted to play this on my old potato laptop and it struggled, where older shmups seemed to run just fine. Kind of disappointing
Capolavoro totale. Inoltre: Grafica pulita, gameplay ordinato, fisica presente. Anche le classifiche sono fatte bene. Perfetto. Total masterpiece. It lacks none of those little details that an ARCADE game MUST have. Also: Clean graphics, tidy gameplay, present physics. Leaderboards are also well done. Perfect.
