Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Sep 3 → 2.14/day in the week after.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

If you take it at face value and don't think about it too hard, it's a lot of fun. Worth it on sale.
After 1131 hours of gameplay I've decided to leave a review. If you can get this game on sale you should. The current price as of April 26th of 2026 is $60 for the Civ BE bundle with the 2 DLCs. I really like the play style of the RT DLC. If I'm looking for something different, there is plenty of Workshop DLC that adds a little flavor or even complete overhauls of the game.
There just something not right with this game, unlike other civ games this just does not pull you in. You do not get that one more turn feeling...
This game is very confusing for a number of reasons: 1) names. you have to remember the factions leaders names, their actual faction name, and the nick-names of them to figure out who wants/has done what. 2) the tech tree is perhaps the worst of any civ game. its difficult to figure out what tech permits what 3) all unit upgrades (and many units) are locked away under the affinity, and its annoying to even try to figure out when you can get upgrades 4) the unit veteran system is the most bland garbage ever, with no actual benefit.
This game broke on my first play through, not even half way through. Diplomacy is broken, your best allies can randomly all declare war on each other and you, creating a world war for no reason, technology button is broken, crashing the game when it opens, stopping you from even being able to play. The game both throws everything and nothing at you at once, techs that explain little, endless buildings that do basically nothing, relations with other empires are worse than Ghandi in Civ, the only time I had war was when my ally attacked me, even though I had enough forces to wipe them off the map. The UI is backwards, it displays what you hope it does but in the worst places on the screen, map modes are gone from Civ, making the whole map tell less and harder to read
To many errors and problems with no help at all from Steam. They literally take your money sell it to you and then cut you out. Try to talk to anyone from Steam and see for yourself.
Не знаю кому как, а мне очень понравилось, цивилизация про колонизацию других планет с весьма интересными идеями. Интереснее, чем в 6й. Со скидкой очень даже стоило того, чтобы приобрести
I held off on buying this when I saw the reviews saying the game wouldn't launch. It works fine for me. I am running windows on an MSI laptop and there are absolutely no problems launching the game for me at all. I guess they fixed.
