I was honestly excited for this game. I enjoy games like this. I keep getting the fatal error code. I changed the DirectX like the game suggest and then I will go back into the game and then I'll get the fatal error code again. I'd switch the DirectX again and again, fatal error. It's extremely frustrating. Feel like a waste of money at this point. I see they are releasing Ship Graveyard Sim 3 sometime so I'm assuming they won't be a fix for this. Hopefully the 3rd one doesn't always crash.
Decently fun, love that I have the option to either be a sensible person and use the tools given to me as they're intended or be the feral rat I am and just go hitting all the rivets and kick a wall just for the entire thing to come down

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

A nice little grinding and cutting game for taking apart ships. If you just want something to sit an click, this is a good option. the base game has a lot of content to make it challenging, but not so difficult that you would lose interest. co-op play is ok, there is a Sync issue where if I have started a ship and a friend joins. they see parts that you have already removed. they don't exist to the other user, but it can make it difficult as it will block views and cause them to fall through floors that look like they are there but not. Still fun to play co-op. Just start the ship together.
I have dismantled many ships over hundreds of real-time hours. Why? Because it was fun for me. I could zone out and picture myself in Alang trying to make a living if I survived the dangers. This game had the potential to go much further than pure ship-breaking (maybe ship graveyard III) but I was happy to grind and make the achievements. The Devs were quick to fix any problems along the way (usually before I came across any) and the game was always smooth for me with my mid-tier PC. I recomend this game because it gave me alot of satisfaction.
Is it buggy? A bit. Does it crash? Occasionally. Smooth performance? Eh, it can chug the framerate quite a bit on bigger ships. Will it yeet you over the horizon when you accidentally get too close to the magnet? Probably. But none of this is to the extent it's game breaking IMO. It's still a good, chill time of slowly tearing a big thing to bits, one bonk with a hammer at a time. Take the bugs as a laugh, they're nothing a position reset or a reload won't fix, and relax. It's a good chill teardown game at it's core for a reasonable price. Even more if you snag it on a sale.
