Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.14/day in the week to Aug 27 → 0.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Beautiful. Different from West of Loathing, and there's some stuff I do miss, but this is not a detriment. Overall more intricate and even grosser than West. Some people return... And others are conspicuously absent. Important: Uh. Have a notepad and pencil or something. Same business as West, really -- this game is like its blood puddles in which you can fish. A lot deeper than it looks. At least if you're a madlad like me who compulsively needs to 100% everything and doesn't want to accidentally lock themself out of stuff. You don't need-need it. This is not a puzzle game. There are just puzzles there, if you do look for them. All in all a very fun game with great replay value, multiple ways of dealing with everything, no reverence left for anything, and another proof that you don't need giga-fidelity graphics, but instead good writing and good art direction. Go play this.
Reminds me of Penny Arcade's On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness. Investigative RPG with a lot of comedy built in.

It's still a good game. But I've got reservations. Primarily: This game needed a proper save/loading system. Positives: Still funny, decently fun combat (Though my mysticality playthrough feels nerfed to me). Story is enjoyable. Plenty of wacky hijinks that you'd expect. The dream and curse sequences were great. There's an equipment slot for shoes that does nothing but make you walk differently, and dangit, that's fun. Combat scales a bit weird; No bullet sponges, but enemies hit *you* pretty hard unless you've been improving your resistances and health. Your companions and familiar actually will need a bit of grinding to survive more than 1 hit, most of the time. Still, it's tactical, and neat. The quests are great... except for the stuff that isn't tracked. The game likes having lots of points of no return. That's cool- but some tasks can permanently fail with an accidental keystroke. For the most part, you can always leave a stat/resistance check for later, come back once you've respecc'd. But, *man*, does it feel like a lot of doors shut on you without warning. I know it opens the gates to savescumming, but please, just give us a save slot. Worse, this game is surprisingly long for a completionist, and the game *expects* you to remember certain tasks that *aren't* tracked as sidequests. You can even make your own notes. Even still, I've found myself multiple times leaving the game aside for a few days, coming back, and completely forgetting some minor side content. This affects the endings, too. No to-do list is going to remind you to fix a time paradox. Still a recommend. Good luck. :)
super silly rpg
Worked for the Mafia and helped a guy who's first name is Creamy, absolute cinema.
They say man does not fear the shadows, for what they truly fear is the unknown. And thus I fear Billy the maize protectorate, for I do not know who 𝘪𝘵 is.
I've been a fan of Asymmetric Publications for years now and I fully enjoyed this game, it's well written and made me laugh several times with just item descriptions alone.
Absolutely loved this game. Can't wait for more from the devs.
