Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.14/day in the week to Sep 7 → 8.71/day in the week after.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.43/day in the week to Jul 24 → 8.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
"s.p.l.i.t" is a short narrative driven horror game, with a focus on raw terminal hacking using various commands.
Throughout the game, you chat with your fellow technicians in order to plan and execute a malware attack. Regardless of the outcome, your story won't be told for decades.
Will you hold up your end?
First person gameplay with diegetic & immersive UI.
An IRC chat where you gain intel, and learn more about the facility.
A terminal where you run software, navigate directories, and execute commands.
Detailed command prompt hacking puzzles with an emphasis on traditional inputs.
Original soundtrack.
The facility you and your crew infiltrate is a superstructure of unethical electronics.
The daunting task is only made possible by careful planning, and vulnerabilities hidden deep below legacy code and engineering.

Reviews
Deep and dark, it was a masterpiece. Shows you suicide and semi-mentally insane hackers solutions to escaping from a massive crime. it has its difficulty with the hacking and stuff (atleast for me) I loved it 13/10
weird asf

I dont know if i'm just stupid or what, but I couldn't even understand what the very first task wanted me to do.
The game is very fun, even if the gameplay seems simplistic at first hand. The terminal did pose a challange to me at first, and so did figuring out what the hell I was supposed to do, but in the end it was fun. The story is mysterious, but connected to another story made by Mike (in Unsorted Horror, don't remember it's name), which made it compelling to avoid one of the endings. Speaking of those, getting the 2nd ending was intuitive, even if it took me a minute to figure out, which made actually listening to the story rewarding. In the end, my only complaint is the games length. I don't want to say that it would've benefited from being over 2 hours, but at least one more terminal "mission" would've been nice, especially due to the amount of time we spend staring at the screen, reading dialogue, instead of doing the "fun stuff". Overall, game good, go buy and don't refund after beating it!
When the only complaint about this game is that people wished it was longer, it should tell you just how remarkable it really is.
cool game. I lobotomized myself.
the only thing missing is the main character wearing thigh highs a skirt and cat ears otherwise it's perfect.
