Simply Wonderful
this is the most infuriating game I've ever played the only thing keeping me playing this is the relief I get when I finally complete a level after pulling my hair out for the past hour.

I want to start this off by saying: The game has a lot of potential and is cool to look at... in concept. The flaws in this game are just to readily apparent from the get go, and while I would normally look past these as just a single dev doing his best, this game is 25 WHOLE DOLLARS. The absolute balls to charge 25 for this is insane. The Upsides: Honestly, I can't name many. There are a lot of cool concepts here, but they are implemented in such a way that it is impossible to enjoy them for what they are meant to be. Parkour has been in videogames for thirty years now, there is no reason that we should still be struggling to make these mechanics work. The Downsides: - Bad keybinds/controls. It makes the game feel clunky and unnatural, with no actual flow. For example, why on Earth would the jump button also be the gainer button??? Why not leave A/X/SPACE for jump, vault, and hurtle like every other parkour game under the sun? I know that the dev probably wants to be unique, but tried-and-true methods are tried-and-true for a reason. - Very slow and heavy feeling, but not in a way that makes you more strategic with your movements or that create any need for skill, it just feels unpolished. As someone who has made games himself, the hitboxes for not only the characters, but also the objects that they are supposed to interact with feel very amateurish. It's like the dev just slapped a box into the scene without any consideration for how the player model would interact with it, and just called it a day. - Inconsistent interactions. There is no snap, no flow, nothing that makes the player actually feel as though they are doing something impressive or enjoyable. I can't enjoy trying to find cool ways to run from the tagger because I'm too busy worrying that the box I'm running towards won't even let me hurtle over it. - Boring level design plagues this game, with everything feeling/looking like a cheap modular Blender asset pack, or a basic Unity map design collection. There is no flow to the placement of obstacles, and everything very much feels like it is chaotic for the sake of being chaotic, with no actual excuse or reason. - The soundtrack is abysmal, which again wouldn't bother me because there's basically one person working on this, BUT I REITERATE THAT THE GAME ALMOST COSTS 30 WHOLE DOLLARS.s How would I fix this? Start with the price. This game just isn't worth it right now, especially not in this state. They've had over a year now to fix issues like key binds, level design, and graphics. But instead they decided to spend time making a level builder instead of actually polishing the core mechanics of the game. This makes it feel like the devs just add something to keep people interested and paying, then ditch before actually fixing their game. - This has been said in even the most positive of reviews, but it is not that difficult to add the ability to change key binds. The controller/keyboard layout in this game is genuinely terrible. Nothing feels comfortable or convenient and instead it all just comes off as lazily implemented game mechanics OR difficulty for the sake of being difficult, with no actual reward or benefit. - Map design should be way larger and way more engaging. Players shouldn't have to go and build their own maps just to actually enjoy playing the game. - Spend more time polishing existing game mechanics instead of just trying to cram as much uninteresting new content in as possible. There's no reason that some of these problems should still be problems. Again, if the game wasn't almost 30 dollars, I wouldn't feel as though these issues were as big of a deal. But alas, when you take a third of someone's paycheck, they're going to expect that the devs respect their money. I cannot recommend buying this game unless a game-changing update comes out soon, at least not at full price. Far better games go on sale for a fraction of the cost all of the time.
rooftops and alleys is very creative and you can do lots fun, and intresting things
Did a backflip
very nice game i love the parkour system and muiltiplayer nice game to chill
parkour game that fills the obvious gap in the genre. It follows THPS, Skate in terms of tricking philosophy, but I found mastering parkour and free-running much more satisfying than mastering skate. A lot of potential to build further, hope the developer continues on iterating and release new parkour game with a story and much more dynamic world.
