Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 8.67/day in the week to Aug 5 → 8.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
From the creators of Black Mesa: When the richest CEO on Earth dies, cutthroat conglomerates seek to carve up his kingdom. Using the MERX app, rival tycoons can order private mercenary armies as easily as takeout, making them perfect soldiers for the corporate war! Only Rogue Point, an elite vigilante squad, dares to fight back.

Dive into an adrenaline-fueled campaign where explosive co-op firefights meet strategic planning. Team up, gather intel, complete objectives, and battle through dynamic missions. Earn skills and upgrade weapons to confront the 5 Star Mercenaries, lethal contractors who will test the limits of your team.

Fight and maneuver your way through missions spread across 5 diverse locations:
The Airport
The Mall
The Office
The Oilrig
The Clinic
Each sprawling map is reshaped by the game's Parametric Design System, offering new strategies and challenges with every play. The constantly evolving gameplay ensures every mission feels as thrilling and unique as your first, keeping the excitement alive in every campaign.

Each MERX class has their own AI playstyle that packs a punch in their own unique way.
Not to be underestimated, the soldier is the workhorse of the MERX squads. Soldiers will utilize their environment and work with other squad units to challenge Rogue Point head-on.
Juiced up on substances and with no regard for their own life, the Berserker's singular goal is to close the distance and slice your whole team with a machete. They are agents of chaos and will wreck your carefully crafted game plan.
Heavily fortified in the far distance, snipers will pin your team down and deny you entry into important areas. Their only tell is the laser beam from their gun, and your teammate’s head exploding next to you.
Quick-footed and fast-talking, the Lookout disrupts your squad with flashbangs and relentless hit-and-run tactics.
Heavies are big, slow brutes that don’t take cover and eat bullets. You can dump all your ammo into them with no effect. Run the other way, or find their one weakness.
These legendary MERX have received the top-tier 5-star rating in the app. They should be approached with caution and treated as extremely dangerous to you and your team. Intel on these MERX is sketchy, but we know that these endgame encounters will require your team’s full strength to have a chance to take them down.

Rogue Point is easy to learn and hard to master, perfect for both fresh recruits and seasoned veterans. Crave fast-paced action? How about slow, methodical, skill-driven gameplay? Rogue Point kicks open the door to both those worlds and invites players to choose their own playstyle.

Earn your keep on the frontlines to purchase new hardware for your arsenal. Start with nothing more than a pistol and an armored vest, then earn an elite arsenal through successful missions and strategic teamplay. Upgrade your loadout with an assortment of attachments and gear to get out alive. Own the battlefield on your terms.

Work together to battle against the MERX threat. Rogue Point is purpose-built to reinforce teamplay and pull players into combat. Plan, Adapt, and Overcome the odds by building your unique Rogue.

Unfortunately, the recent update has made the game become a product not worth purchasing. Suddenly entering version 1.0 from 0.6 without implementing any improvements suggested by the community during demo and testing suggests that there was a decision made by the owners of the game to rush and release this product. To the community it seems/feels like this product has been abandoned and with no announcment or explaination to address this can only further strengthen that belief. To the developers they will need to pull a Hello Games level of dedication for Rogue point to regain the lost reputation.
Very fun game, has so much potental, but the fact that the Dev want to rush a 1.0 update makes it look like they just want money. I do feel like this game could be amazing, IF they didn't rush the 1.0 update. This makes me not want to play it till they actually put more time into the game.

Another fake 1.0 release, where they jumped couple of versions, dropped one map and 3 guns - release, just to end with it. They actually deleted themes in discussions too. Which even worse - it's the people which made Black Mesa and had respect. Maybe Team17 to blame, I don't know. But people like this killing last thing we have in gaming, while big corps destroying it - indie projects. So yes, I had my couple fake release projects, so I'm finished. Never will buy early access again, and will read what people say about released game just not to support this scam. All the bad.
I don't know why everyone is complaining about this game. Maybe because people had high hopes and expectations that weren't met. For $10 I think it's a fun little game that reminds me of old school Rainbow Six Siege. The gameplay loop is good and I can see how it can get stale after a while, but I have 5 hours or so in the game and it's fun for what it is. Good maps, typical but fun game modes. My hopes: 1. New and more enemy types. 2. More AR variety. They have a good enough selection of SMGs. 3. More gadgets like a drone to scope out enemies. 4. More allowance for stealth. Like knifing in the back or something. 5. New and more game modes 6. Perhaps keep working on more randomly generated areas enemies could be, so each level can feel a bit more fresh. 7. Bring it to the Switch 2. You have full controller support. This would be a really fun FPS game to have portably if you don't have a Steamdeck. Just keep going devs. Don't kill this game before it can flourish into something better. My friend and I like it for what it's worth.
its okay, the 1st run is fun, after that more of the same extremly repetitive, same enemies, same guns, same places, same missions EXTREMLY SLOW update... they need to make update if they want this game to go anywere, otherwise, kinda boring. i'm not one of that guy that say "ow its the people behind black mesa" that doesnt mean s.h.i.t isnt back 4 blood the people behind left 4 dead 2? isnt s&box the people behind gmod ? unless the game gets more content... stay away from it
The pictures don’t really show it but everyone is running around like a clown in shorts and neon. It’s not serious, and doesn’t feel appropriate for a more tactical shooter.
Bro how is this 1.0 lmao.
not worth $10 or $20. repetitive and useless "tactical" items and loadouts. They're launching from 0.6 to a 1.0 within 6 months lol. It aint ready and I'm sure it never will be because the devs are likely moving on to other things.
Another game that sucks solo but good with a group or friends. Playing solo it's boring, too easy. There is nothing tactical about this game, you can run and gun and do just fine.
The map is quite limited, and the character models and animations feel stiff. You can basically finish the game and get bored of it within about five hours. The shotgun handles way better than the SMG, marksman rifle, and assault rifle — it really stands out. Smoke grenades are also super useful for extraction. I would recommend this game for cooperative play with friends, but purely on the basis of its multiplayer feature. For single‑player experience, I would not suggest purchasing it.
