Except for the periodic crashes, its a great game. ED 209 mission alone is epic.
Stuttering will be tolerated. Yes, despite some performance issues (this is not your PC, it's universal to anyone playing the game), and the game being a stripped-down version of the first one, it is still pretty fun. I would recommend getting it at sale.
