We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

Reviews
While my wife thought this game was too easy and a bit too long, I enjoyed it quite a lot. This is a fully voiced point and click adventure game that plays similar to Lost in Play, just a bit easier. You can also understand what they are saying and the story is a lot better. So we haven’t played any of the other games in this series, but it turned out not to be a problem. It was easy to follow along with the story regardless. In short, without spoiling anything, you play as this pirate who plans a return trip to Monkey Island to discover its secrets. He is a well known pirate and therefore has a lot of enemies, which you meet many of along the way. It is a comedic story, not so much a serious one, and this is what I really like about it. I found many of the characters you meet funny and I think they are all really well designed. The environment design is also just well done and very fitting to the theme of the story. If you like story heavy games and you don’t mind the whole point and click thing, then I definitely recommend this. Oh, and we played it on the Steam Deck, and it ran with no issues. _________________________________ Help me out by following my Curator, I’d really appreciate it!!

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Even setting aside the aesthetics, the game felt like an insult to long-time fans with its awful
ending
. I paid money just to have the creator mock me for still caring about the franchise while he certainly doesn't.
Great for 4/5 of the game, but it all came crashing down in chapter 5/the ending. Without giving specifics, the "story" suddenly did a complete 180 turn, and basically made me feel like I wasted hours of my life on this game.
this art style makes me wish for a lobotomy you had one job and that was to make it pixelated and you failed in the worst possible way
Frankly insulted that they made this and called it a Monkey Island game
It's just not that funny. Everything else is good...but if it isn't funny, then what are we even doing here?
The ending is actually as bad as people say. Generally, the game felt a little tainted by the same attitude that made the ending bad. Maybe I was just younger, but the earlier games of Monkey Island just felt wittier. Don't buy it full price. You can even get this game for free on other platforms. And even then, only play it if you have a weak spot for Monkey Island.
Sadly boring and ugly. Play Monkey Island 1 and 2 in EGA or VGA. This one is boring. No joke - it's way more fun to replay the old games, than playing this one.
gets worse the longer it goes. i'd rather replay the 1st 2nd and 3rd games a hundred times than ever play this again.
How to kill a cult franchise. Just no. You do not do it. Ever. Bollehopp is mega upset now. He needs heated up beer to calm down for sure.
