RE Revelations 2 continues the series acclaimed essential survival horror experience, while uncovering startling truths.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.57/day in the week to Sep 7 → 4.71/day in the week after.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

No obstante, me parece interesante y atrevido.
A worthy sequel and the RE6 that we deserved. Once again its painfully overlooked because of it's side-game status when it should've been RE6. It takes the mystery theme from the last game and puts it to higher levels, and just like last time all the cliffhangars presented to us will never be resolved, sadly... but since this game has fewer episodes than the last game, we also get less unresolved cliffhangars, and the final boss was a thousand times more enjoyable than the trashfest we got in the previous game. This game has one of my favorite enemy types in ANY Resident Evil game. 8/10
Finished the Story Mode and its DLCs, forgot to do the last DLC in chronological order, but that was a well-kept surprise to finish up on. The entire game had me hooked from start to finish, with the episodic summaries being a fresh bit of air to the curtailing horror I experienced while playing the game. I played it on Casual, as it's pretty close to the Romero's rule of Resident Evil (headshots means kill, unless it's a special enemy), and I'm here for lore and atmosphere to feel badass and also be scared to oblivion. That said, the scares in this game bring it back to the classics of RE0 and RE1 horror. I didn't expect literally any of the scares or the enemy types in this game the first time around. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety. The puzzles in this game racked my brain quite a bit at first, as most RE games have yellow paint or some color indicator for what to interact with and where to go. In this game, it's really emphasizing exploration with some minor thinking involved. Love it. The characters are gorgeous in personality and outfits. I loved the throwbacks to Resident Evil Code Veronica through Claire Redfield's lines, and the progression in character for each person, including the DLC ones. I cried in one of the DLCs, mostly due to being so invested in the story and cheering on the main cast. Reading the lore scattered through the papers in the games also helped me get really invested with context before the DLC, which is spectacularly planned, since I never expected to see a recurring name be brought up in actual plot. There is a special twist in this game that led to an entire revelation for explaining why a character was here in the first place. The motivation in this character tied with this twist amps the entire game up to an 11 out of 10. This game is my favorite Resident Evil game of all time.
Once again, I am very impressed with the RE: Revelations games. The dynamic of having a very competent, well armed character paired with a less capable character (often with limited means of self-defense) is a good idea, but made better in that its a better idea to stay in control of the 2nd character, as they typically have a way to find hidden items the other does not. This is further added-on with the splitting up of knock-downs and finishers. Like in RE4,5, you can stagger an enemy and hit them with a follow-up, dealing damage and saving ammo. However, that same character typically cannot *also* follow-up on the knocked down enemy, and this must be done with the 2nd character. There are other uses of this that are somewhat of a spoiler, so I wont say them here. Unfortunately the game has no native coop (over sight of the decade) on pc and must be modded to make it work in this manner. If capcom ever remakes or remasters this game (here's to hoping) hopefully coop will be included. Also, as someone who has been playing the RE games in (mostly) release order over the years, it was quite fun to see Barry again, wish he got a little more screen time. The DLC's are... fine? They fill-in some gaps in the main story, but dont really *say* anything new or add much. Take em or leave em tbh.
