Survival is just the beginning. Six years have passed since the biological disaster in Raccoon City. Leon S. Kennedy, one of the survivors, tracks the president's kidnapped daughter to a secluded European village, where there is something terribly wrong with the locals.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.

Resident Evil 4 is one of those games that constantly keeps things fresh. Every new area, enemy type and encounter gives you something different to deal with. Leon is an absolute MVP. Luis is the kind of bro you'd actually want watching your back. The pacing is excellent. It knows exactly when to slow things down, when to throw a horde at you and when to make you question your life choices. Honorable mention to the bella sisters… Apparently one homicidal maniac with a chainsaw wasn't enough. The game looks fantastic, runs flawlessly and didn't crash once. Absolutely worth playing.
Resident Evil 4 was one of the greatest games ever made, and the remake is just as great. 10 / 10

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I've never played the original, but I've always heard it was amazing so I had high expectations going into RE4 Remake and this game exceeded all of them.. without comparing it to the original and just enjoying the game blind for the first time, I had a great time.. what a masterpiece! I think I might actually like this one more than Resident Evil Requiem..
When I launched Resident Evil 4 Remake for the first time, I expected something completely different. Before this, I had played Resident Evil 2 Remake, and for me, that was true survival horror. Naturally, I expected something similar from RE4. Instead, I got a game with very little horror. Honestly, maybe 10-20% of it feels like horror. The rest is action, over-the-top moments, and scenes that sometimes feel closer to an anime than a traditional Resident Evil game. At first, that disappointed me. I thought I would finish it once, check it off my list, and move on. Then something unexpected happened. After my first playthrough, I realized I absolutely loved it. Not as the Resident Evil game I had imagined, but simply as an incredible game. Then came a second playthrough. Then the achievement hunt began. Then the S+ runs. Then Separate Ways. Then another playthrough. And another one. In the end, I spent more than 150 hours in the game, earned every achievement, got the Platinum trophy, completed S+ runs with both Leon and Ada, and finished the game around ten times. And somehow, it still wasn't enough. This game has a special talent for driving you crazy. Seriously. Whenever you're trying to beat your best time, something always goes wrong. A chicken blocks your path at the worst possible moment. An enemy behaves differently than expected. One tiny mistake ruins a perfect run. In those moments, you want to quit. But that's exactly why I love this game. Resident Evil 4 Remake is built around incredible game design. The more you play, the more you understand its mechanics. You start discovering new routes, shortcuts, strategies, and tricks that help you finish the game faster and more efficiently. The game constantly rewards experience and knowledge. The funniest part is that I already said goodbye to it once. After unlocking every achievement, I recorded a farewell video, uninstalled the game, and thought I was finally done with it. A while later, I installed it again. Not because I had anything left to unlock. I just wanted to do it better. Resident Evil 4 Remake isn't the Resident Evil game I expected. But it's one of the best games I've played in recent years. If you enjoy great action, amazing game design, and a game that keeps pulling you back for "just one more run," you should absolutely give it a try. And if you enjoy the main campaign, don't skip Separate Ways. The DLC is just as good. Highly recommended.
Great game ,great characters (Leon goat) Just...pure masterpiece...
One of the best game ever. One of the best remake in industry. Great work Capcom! 10/10
A solid and faithful remake. Not much to write about in this review; however, a few points annoyed me, such as the merchant selling weapons but no ammo, which even in the original game didn’t make sense. I ended up loading some points so as not to lose ammunition. Also, the pricing for items is insane! The merchant was obviously scamming me but anyway good game.
GOTY's Uncrowned King 👑 Proof that perfection can be perfected. 10/10 Went from "I scare easily" to "Professional Ganado exterminator." Can't wait to play Requiem and get Veronica.
As a non-horror fan, I'm late to the party, but now I finally get the hype. This game deserved even more recognition when it was nominated for Game of the Year. Between its lengthy campaign and insanely addictive replayability thanks to its goated gameplay and combat, this game is worth more than full price. And don't even get me started on the characters, they're so iconic and gorgeous that I spent way too much time spamming Photo Mode and F12. As someone who's not a horror fan and rarely ventures into the genre, I can't express enough how much I unexpectedly enjoyed/loved this game. Whether it's on sale or not, just buy it. Trust me.
