Ahh, one word I would have described this game back in the day would be: "Potential." During the rise of RUST, and the many, many, MANY survival games that had come along at the time, then comes along a game that says; "Hey, lets try something different." Reign of Kings is a Medieval Survival game, that is presumably based around the Dark Ages, in an unspecified location. You, along with several other players spawn on a beach with your created character, gathering resources, crafting items, and building bases, whether it's small ♥♥♥♥ shacks, or large impenetrable castles. You look towards the horizon, and there it is... The King's Throne. Nobody has claimed it, yet... The Goal of the game, was simple: Gather, Loot, Kill, and Aim for the Crown. Effectively, a literal King of The Hill, but as a Survival game. As the King, you can tax other players, taking a portion of gathered resources, and you get this large two handed great sword to boot. So... What went wrong? I mean, we've got quite the foundation ahead of us. Sadly, none of us realized that the foundation that's here, was built on sand and Styrofoam. Simply put: The game was, and still is abandoned. It's been almost 10 years since I've lasted touched the game. And, apparently the company behind this game has a Reputation in half-developing games before abandoning them. TLDR; the game is just another Abandonware title in the slew of many others; it had the potential to be a great and unique survival game, but whether from greedy, Incompetent (Or both) Devs, the game will lie forever in my library, never to be touched again. And because of that I can't in good faith recommend this game to anybody. Save your money, or go buy something that is actually worth it. 10$ may not be much, but you can put that towards a far better, more polished and actually NOT abandoned title. It's too late for me to get my money back, but you still have a chance. So, don't. Just don't.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

One of the best games I've played, but sadly the devs abandoned it, I hope to make a game like this but so much better. One day, one day. I cannot give it a negative review because it was amazing.
Wish I could refund this piece of ♥♥♥♥ game
this game was abandoned long ago and for what ever reason i can't remove it from my steam library. don't buy this game it's dead
I miss this game. One of the best ever in its peak
R.I.P Reign Of Kings First time back here in a while, but seeing that it's a dead game? Sad news 07 If I could, I'd leave it without a rating. But I'm going to have to say no. I didn't play much due to a poorly perferoming PC, but what I did play was fun.
This is definitely my favorite game ever! It’s such a shame that hackers have ruined the experience, and the devs just really suck. It had so much potential and could have been so much better.
I pray every day this game comes back to life...
Il faut faire revivre ce jeu !!
game has goat potential if devs wanted
