Regiments is a Real-Time Tactics game set in Germany 1989. The Cold War has gone hot, and the inferno is raging. Lead your Regiment through the fires of conflict and the fog of war. Break through the lines, call in artillery, maneuver, feign retreats, stage defenses, counter-attack. Do not relent.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Really enjoying this game while i wait for broken arrow.
The gameplay in Regiments is superb! There are many in-depth mechanics and lots of ways to mess up, but the game feels honest and doesn't try too hard to exceed its own limits. Plenty of room for creative tactics, lots of different ways to both win and lose. The learning curve is a bit steep, but compared to other games in its genre, Regiments is a fantastic RTS for both hardcore military nerds and casual gamers alike. And despite being only a singleplayer game, it offers a wide variety of different tactical challenges for all skill levels. As an introduction to the RTS genre, Regiments does a fantastic job at playing to its strengths, making for a very satisfying gameplay experience overall. Absolutely worth its full price, including its Winds of Change DLC, even when not on sale. If you're looking for a challenging RTS experience without the hassle of excessive technicalities and an awkward gameplay loop, Regiments lives up to its reputation as being a modest but well-designed RTS in nearly every aspect. Final rating: 4/5
I hope to join the armies of Spain, Denmark, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, Romania, and Bulgaria in the Warsaw Pact Very good game
It's similar to Warno, WarGame, etc, but 1000 times easier to get into and start playing. The pause button is a game changer to plan better although it feels like cheating sometimes. The units are far easier to control and it's a lot less click management than similar games. Single player only but I play single player on these most of the time.
Definitely the best single player experience of these sorts of games. The tactical aspect is reminiscent of the original Wargame, with the facing of your armored units, cover, and scouting playing a major role. The randomly generated Warpaths in the DLC nicely bridge the gap between the pure Skirmish mode and the scripted campaign. I lack the patience for the deckbuilding aspect of the more recent Eugen games and have no interest in multiplayer, so this is a perfect balance of tank-heavy tactical itch-scratching with point and click playability. The models and maps look good, and there's decent variety. The battles feel appropriately chaotic, with a pause function to let you gather your thoughts and look over the action.
If you look at most of the reviews of this game they agree that it is a good game. The problem most of these reviews is that they do not have many hours on this game. This game is good but gets old REAL FAST. There is no way to customize your troops so that affects replay-ability. (If you claim it is supposed to be realistic then its realistic but affects replay ability) I got this game because it was the first game to include troops building defenses. This is cool but I think it makes the game too easy, I did not have a hard time beating AI on the hardest difficulty, it was just annoying because I had enough resources but I did not have the troops I needed/wanted. TLDR: This game limits you at every level, like an over protective parent who doesn't want to see you be overwhelmed.
Direct a company-sized element (15–20 units) through tight, 30-minute engagements. Between the scripted missions and the randomized DLC operations, you’ll spend time managing supplies, command replacements, task-force addition (up to 3TF of 2-4 units) and of course, combat during defence/escort/raid and direct engagement missions. Gameplay is pausable real-time and not micro-heavy. Success is built on positioning and coordination rather than reaction time. You have limited resources, and the game forces you to make tough choices about where to commit your strength. AI is pretty good (important for a solo game): Even if attack direction is determined during scenarios, attack patterns includes flanking, composite forces and timed off-map call-in. Friendly AI can also really be an ally, using every tools provided to their counterpart. With distinct NATO and Warsaw Pact factions, divided into many different base command (that you will customize during operation), this game is an incredibly satisfying and surprisingly deep experience. It knows exactly what it wants to be and hits the mark.
