Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Jul 30 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.

Reviews
Without nostalgia, this game is to be avoided. Gameplay is rough, Audio is not always synched or won't play at all for certain actions. Accepting or declining missions is a pain since the mouse sensitivity is to the max and won't slow down even when changing the settings. This did not age well.
60FPS-Lock!

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This is so bad its unbelieveable its an ID game. Textures were already horrible 13 years ago, even if u fiddle around with ID5 tweaker and start parameters and whatnot this still looks really really bad. On top the sound is bad and gameplay sux. Shooting lacks punch and precsion, when u get hit the screen has a weird and annyoing double vision effect. Enemies are bulletsponges. The gunplay is just horrible, ZERO fun. Items and weaponselection is horrible as well. I don tknow how i ever played this.
This game did not age well, but for it's time I'd say it was a good game. fps and fov problems, no achievements in the 64-bit version, and a painfully mid story. you're likely to find something much better for your $10.
Yes, way better than Rage 2.
it is more than a game , it is my soul
pfizer.
7/10
id getting its worst ideas all out at once. I was gonna say I love this only because they commissioned Mark Lanegan for the credits which directly resurrected his career, following up with the incredible Blues Funeral, but brother they don't even play the credits at the end you have to select it in a menu.
A glorified (id) Tech Demo sold for full Price. I struggle to not call this a Piece of ♥♥♥♥. The Characters are wonderfully animated and highly enjoyable to listen to. Enemies react to getting shot. They limb, stumble, fall, sit back up or shoot at you while still lying on the Ground. The Shooting is what saves this Game and it is enjoyable "enough". The Guns are absolute Standard and with the Exception of the obligatory BFG-Knockoff not worth listing, except for the One-Shot spiked Knuckles that were PreOrder DLC effectively making it Pay2Win. The Story is beyond bad and written by an Intern, a Child, a retarded Person or maybe all 3 together. The Graphics struggle to reach the Heights of Doom 3 that came out almost 10 Years earlier. The Textures are ugly and I dare say the N64 was easier to read than this Game. Everything looks like the Textures didn't load correctly. I played this Game extensively on Xbox360 aswell. I imagine the Reason that there is no Flashlight in this Game, is that the revolutionary "Texture in Texture" Engine would dissolve in front of your Eyes if you were allowed to look at the Textures fully lit. The World is dead and empty. The Devs knew this, that's why there is no Map. The Intro Cutscene tries to fool you by adding an Encounter while driving. The Mission that was featured in the Demo, is the only Mission that features friendly NPCs fighting alongside you. Needless to say the extensive Bait & Switch was intentional. This Game is bad, the Devs knew this and tried to hide it. The Pay2Win DLC comes with a new Armor Class that combines all 3 previous Boni into One, with no Drawbacks. The Driving is mostly enjoyable except when for no Reason, mostly when driving Backwards, the Wheels veer out. Vehicle Combat is nothing to ride on Home about. And nowhere near as memorable as it would be in RAGE 2 when a different Team handled the Franchise. Online Driving is awful. Why would you do that. "Wasteland Legends", the Co-op Mode is tacked on and lets you revisit Main Game Areas exclusively, in an Arcade Style Mode. It's great Fun due to how much fun the shooting is, and racking up Mulipliers with a Friend is highly enjoyable. Weapons in that Mode are Preset and you get to play as recycled Main Game NPC models. tl/dr one of my favourite Games EDIT: I forgot to mention the absolute excessive Amounts of Easter Eggs to previous (and somehow upcoming Games) which is bizarre considering the poor State that the Game is still in. Rubbing their own Richards off to their past Successes was more important than making the new IP presentable.
