Take your time with this one. I recommend playing on normal with experience and rank NOT lost on death. Also add a backpack slot if needed. Great game. Reminds me of shadowrun on sega genesis.

Watched a few videos over the years as this was in development and didn't seem like it was for me but they were entertaining. Watched a video on 1.0 release and its kind of everything I wanted in a system of a game. Building up a base, a bunch of unique people with varied classes, a lot of systems interacting to cause mayhem, ability to take over some factions or bring about the end of the world. You can swap body parts with cyborg or quasi parts and have implants, as well as gene modifying your characters or altering class perks to just make it more comfortable or create an overpowered monster. Even the fact that You can choose missions to empower or start to slow down/hurt factions with the possibility of them being destroyed all together is incredibly fun. This isn't even that far into the game and its hinting at a lot more things that could happen with the "warp" going further into midgame and endgame has me excited. You can change settings to make the game as punishing or forgiving as you want which means just do what makes you have fun without having to be the "hardcore gamer". Kind of a perfect game in a lot of ways.
Quasimorph is very complex and it will definitely take a while to lean. The game could explain things more but some of the fun is in sorting though its complexity. If you sometimes have trouble thinking your own thoughts, this may not be the game for you. There is a LOT of gameplay and a LOT of variety here. Well worth the asking price.
