14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 3.71/day in the week to Jul 30 → 2.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Poland over the last 30 days: the 21 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 12 places towards #1, and the 2,501 moves with no price cut behind them went 1 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

You are Ranger, a warrior armed with a powerful arsenal of weapons. Fight corrupted knights, deformed ogres and an army of twisted creatures across four dark dimensions of infested military bases, ancient medieval castles, lava-filled dungeons and gothic cathedrals in search of the four magic runes. Only after you have collected the runes will you hold the power to defeat the ancient evil that threatens all of humanity.
Quake also comes with both original expansion packs: “The Scourge of Armagon” and “Dissolution of Eternity,” as well as three expansions developed by the award-winning team at MachineGames: “Dimension of the Past,” “Dimension of the Machine,” and the all-new “Dawn of the Machine.”
Ranger is trapped in a dimension of endless illusion—reliving the same violent cycles for what feels like lifetimes, dying thousands of times in a futile attempt to escape. Wearied but unbroken, he has heard rumor of The Nightmare Machine.
Beyond the hordes of monsters—twisted by an eternity in the Elder realms—lies the Machine. It is believed its destruction will shatter the illusion, finally breaking the loop.
Fight through the dark fantasy base campaign and expansions in 4-player online or local split-screen co-op, and compete in pure, retro-style combat with support for 8-player (online) or 4-player (local split-screen) matches. Trent Reznor Sound Track. What more do you want. If you get this on big of it's worth it. I played the whole Quake campaign under 10 hours. Time well spent.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

When you buy Quake you are getting access to 30 years of gaming. With included official expansions and extra mod content right from the game, and then mods and maps galore you can go offsite to try. Most of all, I think the gameplay holds up well despite its age... It has stood the test of time. Oh, and I finished the recently released expansion, and it's quite entertaining, (Well done, Machine Games!!) though if you don't use a guide, secret hunting can get rough!
One of the best fps games ever made and maybe the most important, besides Doom. It's so cool that we keep having content updates until now, and this new expansion, top tier! Definitely recommend Quake to every boomer shooter lover out there!
Dawn(o)...... super nowe epizody
Review of single player part after completing the original (4 hours) and the new campaign (8 hours): Episodes 1-4: Still a great time, maybe somewhat easy on a modern computer, took me about 1 hour per episode to complete. Because it runs butter smooth now, gameplay feels even better than it did in the 90s. Also because of the technical level of 1990s computers, the levels are short and sweet and not padded, which is a great thing 30 years later. It feels almost like a great arcade experience, fast and frantic and high energy. The levels also have this beautiful archaic, simple abstractness about them, they are very easy to parse visually and play well with the cosmic horror aspect of the game. They feel more dreamlike and not like literal places. New campaign (Dawn of the Machine): It's a mixed bag here. The levels are bigger, have massive vertical and open spaces sometimes, the enemies are intelligently placed, all of which plays well with fast-paced gameplay of Quake, but the levels definitely feel too long and can get too complicated with the key-hunting and not remembering where the locked door was, once you find the key. The storytelling feels like it tries to bridge the gap between Quake 1 and the later sequels, which were very different in tone with their sci-fi setting. There is a lot of superfluous detail in the environment like in a modern game and there is some awkward platforming later in the campaign. I still prefer the original level design with its subtle abstraction.
Very well made and a lot of fun. Love the new updates and it makes the game shine in the way it is supposed to. Quake 1 is really great and it is definitely a must if you are a fan of boomer shooters. you can really tell that the devs had fun making this. Bravo 9/10
Es el Quake de toda la vida, siendo tan disfrutable ahora como cuando salió, aunque mi Pentium 120 no daba para más. Esta completo con las expansiones.
Il gioco più marrone di sempre! - e anche uno dei miei preferiti...UH! UH! UH!
