Back then, when I was a child, I loved the second part extremely, and now, after playing the first one, I love this franchise even more. It’s awesome :)

I really, REALLY, want to believe this game is good. The unique story is about all it has. Beyond that? Nothing. even the story itself seems to get rushed at the end and the play gets incredibly stale. it's fun for about the first two thirds of story play but then after that it seems like a merciless grind to just reach the end that even the writers didn't care about. Maybe on sale this game would be worth it, but even then you could play Assassins Creed or Infamous or literally any game of that era/style and get more out of it.

Works for me, however It is old and forgotten, so Don't expect it for you. 2 does not work for me out of box and the DLC for 2 is panned for missing everything. here is a link to one of the guides on getting it working. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3532063462 Looks like it was made just before core count blew up, and that causes issues due to how code works. If you can't get both working in an hour, just return it. If you are willing to get it running, not go thru used store for a copy (60 dollars for 2 nearly 20 year old game that you have to hope you can get running? About 30 dollars on sale), and willing to get over the dated graphics, it is good. One of those Sandbox games from the decade of sandboxes. It felt fresh cause you where a anti-hero. Also from the era where the game was complete and no nickel and dimeing. It has rough edges but It was a new IP and rushed out for the xbox 360 and PS3 generation start. So that is why people say 2 is better. Take that as you will.
