Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
11 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
At first it was kinda boring, then the game slowly starts getting more and more fun... AND as the game goes on you can reeeeealy feel the charecter development of heller... very much than in the new games today
Recommended with major caveats (8/10 Gameplay, 2/10 PC Port & Anti-Consumer BS) Prototype 2 is a fascinating paradox. It is one of the most fun, brutal, and liberating open-world sandbox games ever made, but the PC version is an absolute technical disaster wrapped in corporate greed and flawed writing. The Good: Pure Power Trip: The movement and combat are polished to perfection. Jumping off skyscrapers and dual-wielding brutal powers (like Tendrils and Blades) makes you feel like an unstoppable war machine. The Atmosphere: The division of New York Zero into Green, Yellow, and Red zones works beautifully. The Bad & The Ugly: Literal Garbage PC Port: The performance is a joke. If you have a modern multi-core CPU, the game will constantly crash or refuse to start. You literally CANNOT play this game without downloading community-made fixes just to keep it stable. The RADNET & Pre-order Mess: The RADNET pack was an extreme cash-grab for content that should have been in the base game. On top of that, cool cosmetics like the iconic Armored Heller skin were locked behind old pre-order bonuses. If you want to actually access them today, you have to hunt down a random .rar file online and manually drop it into your game folder. Complete joke. Character Assassination & Huge Nerf: Turning Alex Mercer into a flat, cartoonish villain made no sense and ruined the lore. What's worse, the guy who literally survived a nuke in the first game was turned into a weaker version of Heller just for plot reasons. He should have been an unstoppable virus god, but instead, he got completely clowned on. Rushed Ending: The final act is totally rushed. Alex loses, Heller consumes him, saves his daughter, and... roll credits. No depth, no closure. Just emptiness. Verdict: If you are willing to fix the game yourself with community mods, deal with the anti-consumer BS, and ignore the butchered story, the pure gameplay is an absolute blast. It’s a sad monument to a talented studio (Radical Entertainment) that was completely ruined by Activision's greed.

11 on sale4 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 4 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 11 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

На голову выше первой части, я полностью кайфанул от прохождения хоть и концовка совсем слабая
SEXO RICO
halfway through my playthrough i realized i was playing something really familiar. it was my favorite childhood game growing up which was the incredible hulk: ultimate destruction, also developed by radical entertainment which i never knew. its really cool to see how they took the formula for hulk and made it darker and mature for the 360/ps3 generation
Peak Also
About the same as the first game. I think my main problem is that the game feels repetitive. One example of this is the evolved enemies which i found fun to fight to begin with but then you fight about 30 of them throughout the game. Not a bad game 6/10
fun in free roam . need to learn how to run up walls though
