Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Aug 26 → 4/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

its ok not bad i excpect more from project motor they can do it .and they will!
Project Motor Racing is the perfect definition of wasted potential: Great car list, a good selection of tracks, mostly OK sound (some cars definitely sound off - the Mazda 787B has a three-rotor sound while the actual car had a four-rotor engine, the Toyota GR010 sounds like a flat-plane V8 while the actual car has a V6 engine, and so on), good UI, decent single-player content (even if a little meagre on that front), all of that being completely ruined by horrible AI (something that seems to be a trend with projects led by Ian Bell***, since the Project CARS series had exactly the same issue) and extremely inconsistent handling model, especially when it comes to tyres, suspension and overall grip - at times, cars seem to both under- and oversteer *at the same time*; suffering through heavy understeer when taking a corner, just for the car to suddenly snap oversteer when exiting is sadly a common occurrence, and it is even more bizarre to see this happen with high-downforce cars like LMPs and LMHs. Taking high-speed corners with the rear wing adjusted at an angle of less than five degrees sometimes feels like rallying at extreme speed, even though the vehicle is traveling through butter-smooth tarmac. As said above, PMR has the potential to become great, but I definitely cannot in good conscience recommend it in its current state. You can play it at your own risk but, for now, you'd be better served by sticking with Automobilista 2, rFactor/RF2 and/or Le Mans Ultimate. Maybe even the venerable (but always reliable) GTR series or Sports Car GT.

Очень классная игра PROJECT MOTOR RACING. Пускай дальше улучшают и развивают игру
Продукт потихонечку растёт, надеюсь допилят до около "отлично")
Right, after Aris joined the team (because I trust that guy so much) I decided to buy PMR and give it a go. Now, there's a lot of negatives but also a lot of positives. In my opinion the most positive of all the aspect is of all the FFB,(depends on the car) it's quite good, it's progressive and you can feel the suspension loading up pretty well. Unfortunately though the game doesn't run great and there's quite few visual flaws, especially around the tracks, (also AI is way to slow) I like the career mode, please keep working on it because if there's one thing sim racing is missing at the moment is that. Looking forward for the next updates.
The game is impoving with every update. graphics preformance is also improving. dont buy if you are expecting AM2 maturity. I am in this for the long haul, so as long as there is some progress I am happy.I like seeing development. I am now getting stable 60fps on an old i74790k and rtx 3060 with decent settings. I would like to reach 90fps. There are elements of the current game i really like. haptics on controller are good, steering needs some work. My wish is they include a dedicate arcade mode vs simulation mode. realism is a myth in sim racing, i want fun
I refunded at launch. Tried it again at 2.0, and have really enjoyed it. I7-12700 and 7900GRE, performance is good for me which I am surprised given what people have described. This game has the variety and career mode that I wanted in a PC sim. It got me back on the rig after taking weeks off. I got tired of GT3 and LMH in LMU, and AMS2 career mode is still far off. Highly recommend giving this game a shot - it is fun and actively being improved by Straight4.
I bought this game during the Steam Summer Sale, and it has exceeded my expectations. I play exclusively in VR (GalaxyXR), and TAA looks much cleaner and crisper than using DLSS. The car physics and handling feel great; when I input steering and throttle commands, the car responds logically and exactly as I expect it to. The collision feedback and engine/car sounds are also very satisfying. I hope the official VR update gets released soon so I can enjoy a more seamless and optimized experience. I just wish the VR visuals were slightly sharper and clearer.
Having logged roughly 9 hours of playtime, I can confidently say that Project Motor Racing delivers a fantastic core experience. The game features a good selection of both tracks and cars, and the driving physics, tire modeling, and engine acoustics are exceptionally well-executed. My absolute favorite part of the game is the Campaign mode. It is fantastic to see that you can choose exactly how to start your racing journey whether you begin with 100k, 680k, or 2 million. This allows you to either work your way from the ground up or start immediately as a racing millionaire, depending on the career path you want to take. I recognize that the game had a very rough start, which explains why so many people are currently hating on it. While the community has voiced frustration over optimization, it is important to address the elephant in the room: the game currently lacks optimal performance, and these performance issues are noticeable. However, the developer's website explicitly states they are fully aware of these issues, and an update is already on the way to fix them. The foundational mechanics of this game are incredibly strong, giving it immense long-term potential. I have full confidence that the developers will continue to refine and improve the experience. If you love sim racing, this project deserves a genuine chance.
good game. getting better with ever patch.
