There's a camera/screen shake when you chop trees and cannot turn it off. So the game is automatically unplayable for me as that can extremely quickly make me sick and get headaches.

I wish I could recommend this game because there are many things about it that I do love. The art style is gorgeous, the farming mechanics solid, and I love the unique premise, but there are just too many issues for me to recommend the game in good faith. I might be able to ignore the slightly clunky controls and the fact that the characters all only have one or two lines of daily dialogue that they repeat forever, but what is really the deal breaker for me is the horrible attempt at localization. Claiming that the game is available in English is honestly a stretch. The translation was was certainly not done by a native English speaker and the result is dialogue that sounds stilted and awkward at best, is often riddled with grammatical errors, and in some cases straight up incomprehensible. Some examples that I screenshotted while playing: "Why don't you can chat with everyone more" "It is a New Year Festival, how many questions you answered correctly?" (There was no festival because it was the first in-game day, leaving me even more confused, but apparently there usually is a festival on that calendar day. Bad coding in addition to bad English.) Where the English translation took up more space than the Chinese original, the text is not spread out over multiple text bubbles as it should be done, but instead the font is simply decreased until it fits into one, leaving the text ridiculously tiny at times only to immediately go back to normal with the next click. Similarly, in letters the text is not aligned with the pre-drawn lines which looks sloppy and makes the text hard to read where it overlaps with a line. Smaller localization issues: - I few additional sentences to introduce the cultivation genre to those unfamiliar with it might have been good, but this omission is forgivable. - Chinese names are often exchanged with westernized ones in localization, but not in this game. I can actually forgive this one for the most part since the setting is so essentially Chinese and it adds to the atmosphere, but the one character whose name I really wish they had changed is You Jinghe. Other characters only call him You in conversation, which gets super confusing in sentences like "I really admire You" when I keep having to do double-takes if the word is capitalized or not to figure out if it refers to me or that other character. This game is a great example for why you have to hire professional translators and why localization requires more than simple translation.
