A "cute" little doom knock off that looks like it was designed for phones and then ported to PC.

The campaign loses some Steam later on, but by god if the guns aren't some of the most satisfying I've ever used in a videogame. The pistol and shotgun in particular are fantastic, and the in depth user made content is another great plus. Do hope we hear more about the DLC at some point, I was really looking forward to that

Its pretty good

Prodeus is one of the best single-player games I've ever played!!! Not too long, not too short. Just right. Not too easy, but not too difficult either. Just right. The graphics are beautiful, which means they're not ugly :O :P. Just right (and by that I mean that I played it in 2026, and the game is from 2022). The game concept is also quite original, which means they're not too stupid. Just right. The setting is also great, which means they're not too stupid. Just right. The game is quite challenging (at times), which means it's not too easy. Just right. The audio is also excellent (both the music, and the English dubbing are great, as are all the sounds), not too weak. It's a delight to the ears. I wholeheartedly recommend this game! It's clear the developers put a lot of heart into their title and crafted it with passion. Best regards!

Zu sagen das es "der Boomer Shooter auf den du gewartet hast" ist eine große Herausforderung, etwas was das Spiel nicht erreicht, aber es ist trotzdem gut. Es ist irgendwo unterhaltsam, obwohl es ein Doom-Klon in Reinstform ist.

后劲不足但还可以

This game is SO close to being something great it's got all the puzzle pieces of an amazing boomer shooter but just sadly falls short and it saddens me to say but i dont recommend buying this at full price. The sound design is fanominal the sound effects and sound track are thumpy and awesome, the enemy types though reminiscent of other games feel unique and fun to fight the only exception being the super charged feinds they are way too tanky IMO and the guns minus the shotgun and super shotgun feel fantastic. They feel heavy hitting and weighty and really are just pure satisfaction and don't get me started with the gore. They seem to have made the shotguns purposefully weak so you don't just use the shotgun the entire game but it makes them feel at times oddly frustraighting when your in a bad guys face blasting them point blank for it's intended purpose and it takes two shots especially with a super shotgun thats suppose to be a more powerful version but it just falls flat being less accurate and more ammo consuming with a marginally slower reload. But where it really falls short in my opinion is the level design in the single player campagin yes i understand they have a level editor, workshop and multiplayer to suppliment the maps and add longjevity but a game's out of the box experience shouldn't be reliant on mod's or alternative game modes to be good and should be able to hold it's own under scrutiny and the average person is going to buy this to play an old school shooter and not worry themselves with community content. (also side note multiplayers pretty dead from what i've seen) Old school boomer shooter's like these are designed with speed in mind and this games no different rewarding no deaths and better time ect but the level design is not conducive to this style of gameplay unless you play a map over hundreds of times and memorize spawns. The level design has a lot of dark souls esq A-HA! trap's screeching combat and momentum to a complete stop, or places where enemies spawn WAY too freqeuently or in such high numbers its difficult to deal with especially since bullets get caught on bodies and the area your fighting in is too small to strafe, there are even places where they stick enemies literally on top of your face or beside a corner in such a spot it instant kills you and the only way to get rid of them is prefiring spawn clouds or spamming nades around the corner. just overall a very frustraiting experience for the average fan of boomer shooters i cant in right mind not recommend this game since its so well designed and close to being something great but i would heavily say wait for a sale $34+ dollars with tax for a rage enducing experience isn't great bang for your buck.
