Com uma gameplay de boomer shooter e níveis lineares, Postal se reinventa e traz um respiro de novidade para a franquia. Postal brain damaged é extremamente divertido e tem um level design mt bem feito. O jogo se passa nos sonhos insanos do postal dude, e gosto como o jogo todo tem essa vibe estranha de sonho se refletindo nos cenários, inimigos e historia. A gameplay não é a mais profunda de todas, mas é competente e divertida o suficiente para justificar sua duração.
