В одной игре можно и вайбовать и шашковать и дрифтить. Это ли не счастье? Как жаль чтот нету обновлений(
A rather relaxing game, featuring many different cars and maps to drive through, the game has no real goal, just sit back and drive. For people that usually like to complete games or games with purpose, this isn't the game for that. It's a game meant more for relaxation and the experience of being able to drive through beautiful scenery, as well as, weather that you can control very extensively. It's a game that you don't really play, more so - just enjoy.

PolyZen Drive, developed and published by VitaminsizDev, is an indie driving experience that captures the serenity and rhythm of being on the open road rather than the competitive intensity found in most racing titles. It offers a meditative space where the player defines their own goals, sets the tone of the world, and simply enjoys the act of driving. There are no grand narratives or tournament ladders to climb, only the hum of the engine, the sweep of the scenery, and the freedom to explore at your own pace. The game takes its title quite literally: it blends “poly” in reference to its stylized polygonal aesthetic with “zen,” emphasizing relaxation and mindfulness through motion. In doing so, it positions itself more as a driving simulator for mood and expression than as a racer bound by objectives or checkpoints. From the moment the engine roars to life, PolyZen Drive places the player in full control of both the vehicle and the world around them. You can customize cars and characters, tweak the time of day, adjust weather conditions, and set the density of traffic to shape the exact driving experience you want. It can be a sunny cruise through an empty road, a late-night drift under flickering streetlights, or a rainy challenge where the tires slide across slick asphalt. The game’s photo mode encourages creative expression, allowing players to pause, frame, and capture moments that reflect the beauty of motion and stillness alike. These touches make it clear that the developer’s intention is not to simulate competition but to celebrate the joy of movement itself. Visually, the game adopts a clean, low-poly art style that conveys just enough realism to make the world feel tangible while maintaining a minimalist elegance. The lighting is one of its most impressive features, transitioning smoothly between dawn and dusk, bathing the landscape in vibrant colors that shift as time passes. Rain and fog create subtle texture and atmosphere, making each drive feel distinct. The ambient audio design complements the visuals with distant traffic sounds, soft environmental cues, and an optional in-game radio that enhances immersion. The combination of these elements crafts a calm, reflective mood that’s rare in driving games, more akin to a road trip than a race. Gameplay in PolyZen Drive is focused on the sensory and emotional aspects of driving rather than on structured progression. There are no mandatory missions or imposed goals; instead, it’s about finding satisfaction in movement, control, and flow. The driving model leans toward accessibility—easy to handle, but with enough physics to allow satisfying drifts and turns once you learn the feel of each vehicle. Players can drive casually or push the limits with drifting mechanics, though some have noted that the drift system lacks refinement and can feel inconsistent depending on the terrain or vehicle setup. The same can be said for the traffic AI, which occasionally behaves unpredictably or too passively, slightly breaking immersion. However, the simplicity of these systems contributes to the game’s charm, maintaining its easygoing pace rather than overwhelming players with complexity. Performance and polish are generally strong for an indie project of this scale. The game runs smoothly across most systems, with stable frame rates and minimal loading times. A few users have pointed out controller calibration issues or sensitivity quirks, but these are relatively minor compared to the overall stability of the experience. Where PolyZen Drive shines most is in its customization and replayability. You can constantly reconfigure your settings to explore different moods: sunrise drives through quiet suburbs, midnight runs on rain-soaked highways, or daytime spins through busy intersections. Every variation creates a subtly different emotional rhythm, and the dynamic lighting and weather systems make repetition feel fresh. PolyZen Drive’s greatest strength is its understanding of what it wants to be. It doesn’t pretend to compete with AAA racing simulators or feature-heavy open-world titles; instead, it fully commits to the purity of its concept. Its meditative pacing, accessible controls, and environmental freedom combine to create an experience that feels more like a relaxing digital retreat than a challenge to be conquered. It invites you to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the beauty of the journey rather than the destination. Yet, its looseness can also be seen as a limitation for those seeking structured progression or more gameplay depth, as the lack of clear goals might lead to a sense of repetition after extended play. In the end, PolyZen Drive succeeds as a uniquely tranquil driving experience that values atmosphere and autonomy over competition and progression. It’s a game designed to be felt rather than mastered, one where the player’s mindset defines the outcome more than the mechanics do. With its thoughtful balance of visual simplicity, environmental customization, and emotional resonance, it stands as a refreshing alternative to the hyper-competitive nature of modern racing titles. For those who find solace in quiet roads, neon reflections, and the soft rhythm of the engine beneath their hands, PolyZen Drive offers a space where driving becomes art—unhurried, personal, and endlessly serene. Rating: 8/10
