Prices
The United States storefront in every case, so this compares stores and not countries.
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.57/day in the week to Aug 14 → 2.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Torment is a real gem. It's a shame that games like it don't seem to be made anymore. The characters are distinct and interesting in a way that the cliched characters in so many fantasy games are boring and predicatable. The story line inverts the normal paradigm in fantasy. One of the all time great computer RPGs.
Very happy to have played this game. If you are a serious RPG fan, you must experience it. Endure the clunky gameplay and outdated systems, it's worth it. The story is tragic, powerful, and philosophical. The themes and ideas in this game make suffering through a handful of irritating segments worth it. I found the early-game combat to be fine, albeit simple and a bit arbitrary. Mid-game was a little harder but never irritating. Late-game was honestly ridiculous and mildly irritating. Enemy numbers skyrocket and there just seemed to be so much combat. I don't understand the guides and people talking about doing as little combat as possible. Unless you're literally running past enemies, I don't see how it's possible. I experienced a LOT of combat and I had very high speech stats. The game features some rather deep systems from early DnD, but a lot of it feels less viable or even important. Overall, the combat is really a mixed bag, and I'd say it really only SLIGHTLY detracts from the experience. It made me a little angry a few times, but that was it. I really loved the story. It gave me chills several times and I nearly always found myself reflecting on the game's words each time I played. I loved this game!

best dnd game, just need to setup keyboard controls on controller
création et progression du personnage un peu déroutant (pas les règles de D&D), mais ambiance originales et quêtes multiples.
An old game but a brilliant story.
Amazing atmosphere, world, characters and story. Deserves its iconic status
This is cinema, peak gaming. Combat is horrendous, but luckily there's not that much.
I am certainly NOT disappointed :-)
