For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Overall Pioneers is in good shape for a newly released game, everything functions although in some cases not as well as I'd like. Early on you know how its going, build homes, open tech and expand. You build a good, efficient little town and that's when the issues begin. The maps are large and this village becomes far too remote to be useful, so you must build a new one closer to the objectives. The first improvement I would like is tiered roads, everything gets slow as distances grow and there is only a partial refund on resources when you scrap buildings, but its not generous! I found my settlements getting pulled in odd directions out of necessity for simple resources, stones in particular as they are used to expand borders. Although there are several speeds you can run the game, they have some serious drawbacks. At x5 enemies can pile into your territory lightning fast, especially thieves as they are disguised until spotted by a ranger. These are minor balance issues that should be easy to straighten out. One thing that probably needs addressing quickly is how many combat units there are and how many different resources are needed to make them. Managing them is actually a nightmare and you'll find your camps filling up with unused troops as there's no way to upgrade them or delete them. Many buildings should be able to be built on rocky ground such as towers or refineries which in real life is where you would find them anyhow. One last tweak would be to increase the radius of taverns and is there really a need for two different wells? Nothing game breaking just frustrating really. EDIT: Tanks to the devs some of these issues have been addressed now, in particular some of these buildings mentioned can now be built on stony ground and there has been a large overhaul regarding troop management.
This is a fun game, very cool new mechanics i have not seen in similar titles. guard post expansion and treasure hunting is a fun twist on the typical city builder.
Immer nur Diebe überall...
Super Es ist wie Siedler 4 und 4 Habe es Angefangen und Gleich 6 Std. Durchgespielt
gutes spiel
The game was already great before the 1.0 release - I can spend hours just building and watching. With the 1.0 changes the game feels yet more balanced, and the story maps are an absolute joy to play! I can spend hours on end in this game and forget about the world outside.
