Turned out to be too complex for my liking. Im more of a casual gamer and enjoyed the desperadoes series and such but the base management of this game turned tedious for me. I like simpler games maybe that you can just pick up and play. This was complicated from the get go. The conplexity was right out the gate and didnt build up slowly. Turn based combat was okay, but the myriad options made this not fun for me. Maybe right for some. But not for me Great graphics in game though and players who enjoy more complex games might like this

Completion: CIA campaign completed, 20/47 achievements Overall Score: 8/10

A Strong Cold War XCOM-Like That Makes Stealth Too Easy
Recommended if you enjoy old-school XCOM-style strategy, spy fiction and stealth-focused tactical missions.

Context
Platform: PC Controls: mouse Playtime at review: ~52 hours Mode played: single-player, normal campaign on easy

What This Game Is in 2-3 Sentences
This is a turn-based tactical spy game with a strategic layer that reminded me of the old DOS-era XCOM. You investigate enemy activity, manage a base and a team of agents, then carry out missions that can usually be completed without raising an alarm. The core loop: investigate suspicious activity, manage limited money and agents, connect evidence, then complete tactical missions. What makes it interesting/unique: the Cold War setting, spy management and the option to finish almost every mission through disguises and stealth.

What Is Especially Good
1) The strategic layer works well because money is scarce enough that upgrades and expenses need some actual planning. 2) Stealth is genuinely effective. I completed almost everything unnoticed with two disguised agents using the
Actor
skill.

What Is Problematic
1) The game becomes quite repetitive by the second half. Even the investigation text starts repeating with only different names redacted. 2) The
Actor
skill seems to remove detection completely instead of merely reducing it, making stealth too easy. The forced combat sections are also easily the weakest part and may frustrate players who build entirely around infiltration.

Technical State
FPS / stability / loading: Ran smoothly throughout Bugs: None encountered Note: Technically solid during the entire campaign.

Price / Value / Monetization
Full price: Probably worth it if you already like the genre On sale: Definitely worth it Microtransactions / DLC: No DLC or microtransactions in my experience

Summary in 2 Sentences
Who I recommend it to: XCOM fans and anyone who enjoys turn-based tactics, resource management and spy stories. Who I do not recommend it to: Players who dislike this genre, repetitive missions or tactical games with a slow strategic layer.
if you like spy game and solving cases and also turn-based games, then this game is for you. the bad thing about this game is the repetitiveness of it and how the spies have the same clothes, not random.
Fun game, enjoyable between crashes. Will only launch if I have my computer in airplane mode.
decent but gets repetitive fast

i LOVE THIS GAME WITH that price. So chill play this game .Love it love it to waste my time
This game has never worked for me. Never had a mission or interface that didn't glitch or just not work in one way or another at any point. Not one mission or mechanic has every worked with any amount of reliability even once. Now I can't even open it anymore. File checked, uninstalled and reinstalled several times and tried some community trouble shooting but the error I have doesn't even exist even though it has a number assigned to it by the game. Honestly will never understand how anyone could even play this game, let alone rate is positive in any form.
