Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.25/day in the week to Aug 3 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game where you have only 12 days to save a town from a mysterious plague.
You are Daniil Dankovsky: physician, researcher, prodigy. Your research into the nature of death has brought you to this remote town deep in the eastern steppe, looking for a man said to be immortal.
But the outbreak of a deadly contagion sweeps through the town. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop it.
Now you must return to the beginning. Fix your mistakes. Save the town.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality... don't go mad in the process.
Bring your medical training to bear. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work with patients face-to-face.
Examine the sick and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story — and a medical mystery. They may lie, omit the truth, or hide their motives. You must separate fact from fiction, and identify the real symptoms. Step by step, you'll get closer to developing a vaccine that could change everything.
Fight for every new day. Ensure the town's survival by imposing your own rules: enforce quarantines, confiscate precious medicine, vaccinate the population, suppress riots, deploy patrols, and declare curfews.
You will make mistakes, face their consequences, and unlock new decrees. Your actions will shape the town—even if the people grow to hate you for it. Power is in your hands. It's up to you whether the streets will see gunfire or fireworks.
Made a mistake? Go back, and fix it.
Time is your tool for navigating a narrative web filled with moral dilemmas and branching paths. Rewind if you think you could have done better. Keep your eye on your ultimate goal—even if the road there is paved with sacrifices.
How far will you go to find the truth? Your mental state directly affects your actions, and even how you interpret events. Falling into apathy or wandering into mania may lead you to new insights... or to your death.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, GOG publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

Perfect combination of both new and familiar concepts+mechanics from Pathologic 2
Ok wow, I must admit in the beginning i was quite disappointed since it has VERY different gameplay compared to the previous two entry (I haven't read the description before buying). This game feels at first like a walking simulator, but the more i played it, the more i got into it, I really liked this game. All i can say is i really liked this game, if you have it and you don't like it give it a bit of time to get immersed and then you'll get the full experience of this wonderful game
prolly the best patho gam even tho v diff than 2 will write more abt it later
Не иронично один из лучших игровых опытов, который у меня был. Теперь я жду от них дарквуд 2.
Arriving at day 12 for the first time did it for me. I was just so tired. It's Sisyphean, you move a mountain, and the mountain laughs at you and curses you out as it becomes too big to hold, so it rolls down the hill again. I was considering just not finishing it, because it had none of the curiosity and experiment of P1 and the hope of P2. P3 felt exhausting in the best of ways. Day 12, for the first time, I, as a player, wanted to see that city burned to cinders. It took some willpower to see it through to whichever end. In the end I had to make a decision: do I give in to my frustrations, anger and disappointment, or do I drag this bitter meat body to push towards a thankless end because it is human, and so, worth giving another chance to. This game was dry, exhausting and its only kindness was found in moments that you could literally undo for what you throught was the greater outcome. I'm 'of the former SSRs' myself (god I hate that moniker)m so I got at least some of the cultural references. I'm glad I played it. I'll play it again, but not right now. It's rare for me to say that a piece of media haunts me. But it does. It makes me bury my face in my hands and go "@£@£!?????'. Well done. You had to pare yourself down to just one, and the one was asked a question: what are you? And I as a player did the best I could within the parameters set, and my own morality. It didn't feel good, no pats on the back. Just you and your knowledge that you had the courage to make a decision.
This game is a miracle, not only that it exists at all but that it continues to break and reshape the story of Pathologic in completely new ways. Some say it is a Pepe Sylvia-esque conspiracy board in the form of a game, and I wholeheartedly agree. It is also a more than worthy addition to a series that harnesses the medium of video games to create transcendent pieces of art.
The game's allright, just not for me. I just can't bear any more conversations with those iodine deficient town folks. For those who can, this game can offer a lot: steampunk aesthetics, wierd secrets, somber atmospere and a lot of game mechanics. Btw, could please anyone explain what's the deal with the worm people?
