Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.25/day in the week to Aug 3 → 2.43/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

Pathologic 3 is a psychological horror game where you have only 12 days to save a town from a mysterious plague.
You are Daniil Dankovsky: physician, researcher, prodigy. Your research into the nature of death has brought you to this remote town deep in the eastern steppe, looking for a man said to be immortal.
But the outbreak of a deadly contagion sweeps through the town. The immortal man is dead. You failed to stop it.
Now you must return to the beginning. Fix your mistakes. Save the town.
Every minute counts. Save them all, discover the secrets of immortality... don't go mad in the process.
Bring your medical training to bear. Observation and knowledge are your tools. Work with patients face-to-face.
Examine the sick and make diagnoses. Each patient is a unique story — and a medical mystery. They may lie, omit the truth, or hide their motives. You must separate fact from fiction, and identify the real symptoms. Step by step, you'll get closer to developing a vaccine that could change everything.
Fight for every new day. Ensure the town's survival by imposing your own rules: enforce quarantines, confiscate precious medicine, vaccinate the population, suppress riots, deploy patrols, and declare curfews.
You will make mistakes, face their consequences, and unlock new decrees. Your actions will shape the town—even if the people grow to hate you for it. Power is in your hands. It's up to you whether the streets will see gunfire or fireworks.
Made a mistake? Go back, and fix it.
Time is your tool for navigating a narrative web filled with moral dilemmas and branching paths. Rewind if you think you could have done better. Keep your eye on your ultimate goal—even if the road there is paved with sacrifices.
How far will you go to find the truth? Your mental state directly affects your actions, and even how you interpret events. Falling into apathy or wandering into mania may lead you to new insights... or to your death.
Sums Steam only; PlayStation, Xbox, GOG publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.

This is one of the best games I've ever played - with deep meaning, interesting story and unusual gameplay. Definitely a must-play one
I will finish this game whenever I can skip all the Inspector interrogation parts.
The main thing to know about Pathologic 3 is that it's a far different experience than P2 - and a great game in its own right. Most of the consternation I see I think comes from people wanting P2 again with The Bachelor, but come on - did you think IPL was going to do something so *traditional* with P3? The gameplay systems in P3 are just as complex and interwoven as P2 - they're just not a difficult, and they're not trying to be. It's a different experience, and as someone who hasn't been able to play P1 yet, I really appreciated that I got to talk with a lot of characters that didn't have a ton of screentime in P2. The dialogue is the big sell here. It's different than P2, not as esoteric, but it's just as philosophical, and imo quite a bit funnier. The quests do a really great job of really reinforcing that the town is alive, and that every action has a reaction, and you will NOT predict a lot of these reactions, which is really fun. So it's not a hardcore survival game. P3 is a "narrative based detective story" - somebody else's words, but they do fit. Just go into it open to what it is and what is not (a reskin of Pathologic 2), and you'll love it, especially if you already love the setting and lore of Pathologic.
