Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.57/day in the week to Sep 10 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Welcome to Parkitect, a modern take on a classic theme park tycoon where you build and manage the theme parks of your dreams. Construct your own coasters, design an efficiently operating park that fully immerses your guests in its theming and play through the campaign. Both the campaign and the sandbox mode can be played in single player mode or cooperatively by up to 8 players building together online!
Create the perfect park for your guests! Deform the terrain, place water, build structures!
With a huge selection of decorative objects from various themes you can design your park however you want. And for more you can get custom scenery from the Steam Workshop or mod in your own!
Top off that park with your very own roller coaster! Design it yourself or choose from a number of exciting designs. Spinning, looping, launching, flying - with over 70 of the worlds most popular types of theme park rides you'll always be able to surprise your guests.
Parkitect maps are huge, yet every tile matters. Adventure park or fantasy land? Why not both? The only limit is your imagination. From the smallest details such as placing each flower pot, to designing massive roller coasters, you decide the depth of your journey.
Building is only half of the challenge! You'll need to keep an eye on the finances and guest satisfaction to stay on top, and for the first time in a theme park game the "behind the scenes" parts of your park have a meaning too! Route resources to your various shops without annoying your guests and keep the staff areas out of the public eye for the perfect immersive experience.

Build your way through a challenging campaign! 26 scenarios with unique settings will put your theme park management and coaster designing skills to the test. And there's always more - download scenarios created by the community from Steam Workshop or design your own with the scenario editor. With the landscape generator you'll create your own unique setting in no time. And if you're more of a creative player there's the sandbox mode!
Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; GOG, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

Reviews
So far it feels like a perfect combination of nostalgia and discovery. I'm enjoying laying out my staff's "backstage" areas and disguising them in scenery. Making money seems a little more challenging than the classic RCT games, but I'm looking forward to figuring all of that out, too. Overall, I'm pretty sure I'll be addicted to this game for a good long while!
Good game, spiritual successor to RCT2 (yes I know openRCT exists) Decent amount of content Pros: -Keeps true to many design elements of early rct games -Greater variety of custom track pieces -Greatly expands upon decoration as a feature -Many other game play features implemented or expanded upon, but not changed in essence Cons: -Music is serviceable but does not fit the game as well as it could thematically. No music sticks out to me as 'iconic', 'amazing', or 'bad' -You will probably need to purchase both DLC's -Stats for your park are usually locked behind research in scenarios. IMO stats should always be available -New supply system for stalls is well implemented but I would prefer this to not be included at all. Much better than Planet Coaster's staffing system

Amazing! I love it! Just like RCT2 with modern graphics.
My only beef is height markers are missing (I think) but otherwise really fun game and plenty of vanilla content.
나는 클래식한 RCT의 감성이 더 좋다. 그럼에도 이 게임은 RCT의 훌륭한 대체재이다.
If you're someone who spent hours building roller coasters and managing parks back in the day with games like Rollercoaster Tycoon, then this game is exactly what you need. It brought me right back to my childhood reminiscing the epic times I played this while my siblings watched me. This game isn’t just about nostalgia; it lets us play as adults and tackle challenges together. The co-op mode is everything I ever wanted. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants a nostalgic experience with a modern, multiplayer twist. I want to shout out to the people who made this game possible, thank you! I had been waiting forever for a game like this one.
Really enjoy this game, easy controls. lots of options. smooth game play. option to be play with unlimited money.
🎢 Parkitect – A Modern Take on Classic Theme Park Sims 🎢 If you grew up playing RollerCoaster Tycoon, Parkitect feels like coming home—but with fresh mechanics, deeper management, and a modern polish. It’s a perfect blend of creativity and challenge, letting you build the park of your dreams while dealing with the behind-the-scenes chaos that comes with it. 🏗️ Gameplay: Build, Manage, Survive the Crowds The core gameplay is everything you’d expect: design roller coasters, place attractions, and keep visitors happy. But Parkitect goes further, adding a supply management system where shops require deliveries and staff need efficient pathways to function. It’s a small detail that makes a huge difference, forcing you to think beyond just making a pretty park. 🎡 Challenge: More Than Just Placing Rides Unlike some park sims that let you build freely with little consequence, Parkitect actually makes you work for success. Budgeting, staff efficiency, and park layout all matter, and ignoring them leads to unhappy guests, long lines, and financial ruin. 🎨 Graphics & Sound: Classic Vibes, Modern Touches The art style is clean, colorful, and full of charm. The animations—whether it’s guests running to the next ride or janitors struggling with messy pathways—bring the park to life. The cheerful soundtrack and park ambiance (think screaming coaster riders and excited guests) complete the experience. ⚖️ Final Verdict: 9/10 – Nostalgia Meets Innovation Parkitect is the perfect theme park sim for those who love creativity but also want a real challenge. Whether you’re crafting the ultimate coaster or optimizing staff efficiency, there’s always something to tweak. If you miss the classic RollerCoaster Tycoon days but want something deeper, this is the game for you.
