Really enjoyed the game, even though its an escape game I spent most of my time messing around and forgot I was meant to be saving a girl from nexus, my bad "). Devs are super helpful if you need any help or find a issue. Little disappointed I've finished the game, was hoping to find another case to solve in my office, looks like I have to get a real job, look forward to the next game. Its fun being a detective bit like in the exorcist VR game but this is less scary and no coffee machine. Played on The Rift S, Ryzen 7 3800X, 6800XT, 32 GB Ram, win 10 64, no problems.
6/10 - O.K About 100 mins, game time. just about same as the prior 80's game. the visual, puzzles.. has extra arcade mode, which doubt any one will use. but the Red Robot Rap Music Video saves the game again. only get it sale.

A sequel to the Escape from the 80’s, this little gem is a continuation of the developer’s love of nostalgia, cheesiness and VR adventure titles. If you enjoyed the first game of the series, you’ll love this game. It has much of the same pace, but expands on some of the VR mechanics with the arcade setting.
Cute game! Very cool sense of humor and art. Nice escape room mechanics puzzles :) If I could change anything I would add smooth locomotion and polish some of the hand interactions (button clicks, sounds, that kind of stuff) Great game! Congrats to the devs :)
I had a lot of fun with this one and the 80's one. Not very hard, a bit creepy atmosphere.
Humor und Nostalgie geben sich die Hände! Es macht Spaß an den Automaten zu spielen und die Rätsel sind angenehm. Love it. Achtung: Ihr solltet etwas Englisch verstehen können. ►Video Review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0j0F-DfQjIs
This Game is incredibly well done! I've spoken with the developers multiple times and they truly care about this game. The Escape Room style Puzzles are just hard enough to make you scratch your head. The 90s nostalgia is where this game truly shines. All of the subtle 90s references had this game oozing charm. I haven't finished it yet but I am excited to jump back into it. The Good : * Story and Narrative is pretty good * Gameplay mechanics are really well done * Graphics and Audio are top notch * value here is well worth the asking price The Bad : Not really anything, there was a few bugs but they were in no way at all gamebreaking and pretty comical at times ( Like getting the ball stuck in Skeeball) I did a full review of the game on my Youtube channel https://youtu.be/4NP0wXq2gVo
Good game. If you liked the first one: It's the same, but new Content and not as scary. Get it. It's not a nut, it's an acorn. Just remeber this.
I had a good time. I do recommend, of course, to play Escape from the 80s. Now I will say, i did prefer the first one, but i played them both in a row. They do go together well. Like the first one, you go from clue to clue, trying to follow the tracks left by someone who has been abducted. Like the first one it is not a too serious game, it is lighthearted, but this time, the setting is more arcade oriented (as in, this is literally set at an old arcade). The game can be finished quickly, but if you played the first one, you have to play this now. About
the end of the game
, I will say that
I kinda breezed through the end sequence without any trouble. I was confused by what was going on for a second, but it was funny, and that is good. However, i was expecting a bit more. Not more fighting, but maybe a puzzle element tied into the fight. Something to figure out. But maybe the ending is more meant as a reward than a final step, i don't know, I'm not a game developer.
This game is adorable. It captures the essence of it's era near-perfectly, as well as does the 'escape room' game very well. Personally I found the puzzles to be the perfect level of difficulty so far (haven't finished it yet), the arcade games are awesome, and the music is phenomenal. If you lived through the 90's, this is a nostalgia trip to be sure. If you haven't, come to the land of roller blades and windbreakers and join us here :)
