We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

After playing all of the content of the main game, I can consider this one of my favorite PC games I've played in a while. The mix of stealth/combat/parkour works very well, although there are parts of the game where it can be a bit jank. The wall run into slide action is honestly kinda god awful and I wouldn't be able to tell you how many times I fell to my death because of it (Skill Issue). There's also a fight after you climb to the top of the island in the sky where as soon as the cutscene ends the enemy attacks you and kills you pretty much instantly so it's a loop of you pressing skip and spamming attack to try to stop him from killing you instantly. My favorite part has to be the player physics, the player has a nice weight in movement and how your character interacts with the environment can make or break a fight, such as enemies tripping over eachother or you jumping and slamming your head into a rock after doing a jump-kick. 10/10 game

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

its hard not to bust when playing this amazing incredible game its like sigma simulator
This game is near and dear to my heart. I first watched jacksepticeye play it back in the day as a kid, but only recently, like this and last year, did I really get into it. I'm a bit obsessed, and I've gone through the Overgrowth Story on the hardest difficulty. Though, I mostly play in the Arena, with the Stucco Courtyard being my favorite. I get lost in fighting and watching the ragdolls. I like Hardcore(Medium) and not Expert(Hard) the most. It gives me enough time to block and dodge while not being too small of a window or too forgiving. I mainly use a mod that alters the AI of NPCs to make their fight patterns different, as they're honestly really simple and don't try to attack or dodge if you do the easiest, most powerful attack in the game, the jump kick, right in front of them. With that mod, most of the time, they'll try to roll out of the way if you are currently in the air, though that's only if they're currently currently "getting close so you can tell they're about to attack". The inconsistency just tells me that I should just stay grounded and fight them normally. Also if you're in the air and they have a weapon, they throw their weapon, which you can't dodge and enforces being grounded. If you want a more challenging experience with Overgrowth, then I recommend downloading that mod. Mod recommendations: - 5% Arena Crowd Volume - Dynamic AI Aggression - Bloody Combat
Yes absolutely recommend, its that kind of niche tuck away game in dusty corners of steam that deserves to be played at least once, stories are rich although short, but if you complete all levels there's an option to sandbox and make your own, load custom characters, custom weapons, play as you want, its combat system is worked through, ragdolling and blood. Sorry for English, idk how you guys format stuff
This game makes me so sad because it really could have been amazing. It's still fun, but it's incredibly short and quite janky. I don't think there'll be a game like Overgrowth ever again.
I think this game is worth it if it is on sale, but otherwise, it is not worth it. There are a lot of fun things but it feels like it is slightly unpolished and it is way too short.
I like this game despite the fact it s abandoned and it feels incomplete. It s unique and had such a huge potential... The combat is brilliant.
Everyone involved with Wolfire games deserves to homeless
this game gets slept on, it's unexpectedly fun, adjustable combat pace, the physics to the fights are just damn cool, i've almost nailed down the drop kick. so far, i haven't found anything to really complain about gameplay wise.
