Overgrowth

For what it's worth - the mechanics are cool, I love the bunny-kick, and spamming it over and over, and also bashing my head against walls over and over, untill that one proper kick. Visually - it's alright, it's abit rough on the edges, but overall quite good and does have it's own charm. I've not followed the controversial things around the author, so I'm not in the loop at all, I'm ranking only the game in here, and the game is actually really fun and cool, I hope some day there will be some sort of "polished" game, or the "big continuation" of it. It's nice that it does have a different stories. If not Lugaru HD port on the portmaster, I wouldn't discover it at all. I enjoyed Lugaru and Overgrowth equally, loving the game, I hope there will be another game like that which would satisfy the same itch, of "physically correct hits", and dynamic blood / dynamic behaviour enemies

Combat is horrendously bad and yet this game is glazed lmao Just hold left click while right click...does stuff sometimes And the throwing weapons mechanic is too broken and brainless, shouldn't be dying that easily because right click doesn't want to work or I wanna jump somewhere Other than the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ combat, and moron devs abandoning this game and trying to sue steam, this game is decent but I still can't really recommend it

В Overgrowth стоит поиграть хотя бы разок, игра про гигачада-кролика и боевые искусства. Физика есть, но она крайне хорошо сделанная и не назойливая. Тут вам и паркур и киношные суперпрыжки, дзюдо и кикбоксинг, парирование, оружие и немного стелса (по желанию). Можно отправлять врагов в полет с обрывом, пинать их в стены, можно случайно сломать себе хребет прилетев об угол здания. Все быстро и весело, управление хорошее и быстро привыкаешь к физике. Моды и интеграция с мастерской стима даст вам еще больше уровней и вариантов игры. Очень советую, так как игра чувствуется как что-то уникальное.
