Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 2.29/day in the week to Sep 10 → 5/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
A magnum opus of a game
Simple enough to pickup and learn, but will provide plenty of challenges. With plenty of levels of varying difficulties in the main campaign, appendix, and journal. Not to mention the infinite possibilities of steam workshop. With an intriguing lore and world i want to explore further, a soundtrack that perfectly fits the game. It has turned into one my most loved games, and a game i wish i had bought earlier. Though some issues of the game is that the main campaign story is at best middling. Scaling issues on modern resolutions (even 1920×1080 will be difficult to read) And lacking some QOL features like zoom and a more robust copy paste system on the timeline. This is a game i would highly recommend.
Fantastic open-ended puzzle game! In most other puzzlers you would be given restrictions on time/cost/size of your solution. But here it is totally unrestricted. This allows for creative approaches to puzzles and for players to 'choose' their difficulty. Though your solution does matter as at the end it gets rated on time/cost/size and placed on graphs compared to other players. This is another great system as if you want to score high on one of the metrics you can choose what to focus on in your solution. You could try to make a really small solution with a longer runtime or optimize for speed as much as possible while throwing out parts left and right. I found myself focusing on the latter. The core mechanics of the game are simple but there are a lot of subtle details in how parts move and atoms get created which make optimizing very interesting. I was discovering new details all the way to the final puzzle where I was thinking "damn, this could be such much faster if only I could make there grabbers do nothing for just the first loop." And the highlight of the game was finding a strange way to achieve just that.

Great factory game. can be hard at first, but once you get past the prologue the game really opens up.
Fun puzzle game. It's super satisfying to watch your little machine go. There are three metrics that you can optimize for which gives a lot replayability which is cool for a puzzle game.
Best puzzle game oat.
Probably the best puzzle game I've ever played. Flawless concept, with just enough constraints and pieces to keep things interesting without overwhelming players. Great sound design, soundtrack, writing, and art as well.
Great open puzzle game
I don't usually like puzzle games but this one had me hooked all the way through
One of the most essential puzzle games ever released. Opus Magnum is Zachtronics finest work, with approachable puzzles for newcomers to the company's work. Those hungry for a challenge will find a lot to chew on with the histograms after each level showing how the speed and cost of your solution stack up to others. It is also highly poished game, with a suprisingly good story to boot. A must-play for puzzle game fans.
