I play this almost every night since I bought it. I own three versions of it. I own one on steam and two on Meta, it's THAT good. Where do I start? The attention to detail is mind blowing. The footfalls on gravel sound different to the footfalls on sand or ice or even a different type of gravel. The detail in the weapon models makes them incredibly realistic. There are a ton of official maps and more than a hundred user maps called 'workshops'. Most are every bit as good as the official maps, some even better. Shout out BlueGA for some of the very best of those. This game never gets old, it's constantly updating and evolving, the devs are always fixing little bugs and adding features. It is almost the only game I play on VR. There are a number of game modes both single and multi player. You can play PVP or you play against AI, Team deathmatch, upload, fire fight, and a real fun one called gun game. I can't recommend this game enough. If you are looking for a realistic grown-up milsim, look no further.

Saw this game on YT in the past and it looked phenomenal. Finally caught it in a bundle sale I wanted to get and fired it up. Went through the basic training to figure out how to play. Everything was going pretty good and was quite impressed. I started the first training mission and made a loadout. I was content with the customization and was really excited to roll into the game head first. After a quick load-in, i ran around getting a feel for it and liked the mechanics and weapon handling. I finished the mission and my game crashed. It was unfortunate and just assumed it was VR being goofy at times like it does. So I started the game again and tried to do a regular singleplayer mission on the oculus version (I use a rift s and figured why not). Loaded in fine but immediately had horrible frames and the game was unplayable. I promptly quit and switched back to the steamvr version. Tried going through it all again and made it a few minutes into the mission before my game abruptly crashed again. After a few more retries and just getting overall poor performance. I'm disappointed to say that I do NOT recommend this game in its current state. Based on the other reviews, comments, and otherwise I've heard through the grapevine. The devs made the game originally for PCVR and it was good. Then they adjusted it to where it suits lower quality VRs and is not good for PC. Regardless, I will be attempting to refund this just depends on the other game in the bundle so we'll see. TL;DR Game WAS great. Devs changed it to appease a different platform, ruining this version. It has great mechanics and an awesome idea. However, it runs like Sh!t and is not worth the money. Here are my specs: Windows 10 OS i7-9700KF NVIDIA GTX 1660 TI 16 GB RAM Oculus Rift S Headset
cool game
Nice
It can go very badly very quickly (no not ingame but like my copy doesnt want to start up ondward)
A lot of hate reviews from due to the game getting the quest update. I never played the game until 2.0 and can say its worth the $15. Edit: game is great. Devs have questionable IQ. I do not recommend this game unless you catch a huge sale.
runs decently on the deck with ALVR.
