NEON INFERNO is a hybrid side-scroller and gallery-shooter where the action takes place in both the foreground and the background. As warring factions battle for control of a dystopian New York City, you enter the fray as an assassin for the Family -- a notorious crime syndicate determined to eliminate its rivals and dominate the metropolitan battlefield. Rendered in beautiful pixel art and backed by an evocative soundtrack, Neon Inferno delivers a stylish, modern 2D action experience with cyberpunk flair.
Take control of Angelo Morano or Mariana Vitti and battle through the streets, blasting, deflecting, and slicing your way through your enemies! With multiple upgrades and weapon options to choose from, you'll be well-equipped to shift this city-wide conflict in your favor.
Along with traditional run-and-gun action, you'll be able to attack your enemies in both the foreground and the background, deflect their projectiles back at them using "Bullet Time", and commandeer vehicles to chase down your targets! Excellent game, highly recommend. PROs Really great pixel art, cool style, sweet music, fun mechanics, arcade-y action, run-and-gun focus with just the right amount of bosses/mini-bosses CONs Not a fan of the overly-complicated main character sprite design. In a pixel art game all about narrowly avoiding bullets I don't like flow-y hair and jackets and what not making it hard to read my character's position, and it's a tad short at only six levels (minor complaint). Basically, streamline the sprites and add a few more levels and this game is pretty much perfect. (For what it is, if you like this kind of game.)

Warto zaznaczyć, że twórcy dają graczom odrobinę swobody, pozwalając im na wybór etapu, który będą przechodzić w następnej kolejności. Atutem produkcji są również zróżnicowani główni bohaterowie. Rozgrywka jest szybka, sterowanie intuicyjne. To brutalna gra w przestępczym świecie. Dość krótka, lecz zapadająca w pamięć, dzięki oryginalnym pomysłom na rozgrywkę oraz cyberpunkowemu klimatowi.

entra por los ojos: su pixel art cyberpunk es precioso y combatir entre el primer plano y el fondo le da una identidad propia. Los controles, el parry, los jefes y el cooperativo local hacen que sus tres horas sean muy divertidas. Lo malo: protagonistas casi idénticos, historia predecible y armas secundarias limitadas. La ciudad parece viva, pero casi no esconde secretos ni interacciones; Metal Slug hacía más con un solo plano. Repetirlo solamente añade dificultad, no rutas, finales, skins o recompensas. Recomendado para amantes de los arcades y el pixel art. 7/10 — 🍑🍑🍑
