Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 10 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Get it on sale. It's good but not worth full price since it's pretty abandoned.
abandonware. such a shame I would only recommend it to someone who is interested in experimenting with unity modding (not so subtle hint please for the love of god someone fix this game)

I really love this game, unfortunately it has been abandonned, and it's not worth buying right now. Also I can't even launch the game, it is bugged. I'm sad.
Just beat the game with one of my friends as a duo, took 8 hours, It is 3am, and I've never had a better gaming experience, The last 8 hours was easily better than any woman I've been with, it saddens me there's not more content... If anyone sees this and wants someone to help them complete the game, Let me know, and we'll play, No matter how long this is up feel free to contact me for a game of Necropolis! (If you're considering the game, and don't think you'll love it, buy it on a sale, the only disappointing thing is the lack of players, so add me!)
when did we get to the point where unfinished and abandoned beta titles are being sold in physical copies
A great potential that was never realized. I always feel a bit sad about it whenever I see it's name pop up in my library.
I fail to comprehend how this game was abandoned (since 2016). It has all the hallmarks and design choices to be magnificent. There's a LOT of things that need rework, but the barebone experience is there, from a functioning coop system (wich i highly recommend), a basic loot system, interesting enemies and even things to discover, so i completely fail to understand why the developers didn't continue with it. If the developers still had hand in it and updated it, it would definitly be a positive review, but has it is, it's a waste of money. Play it with friends, theres a hidden gem in here, but unfortenatly it will never be polished for our enjoyment.
There was really no reason to leave this game, it sold well enough, it would of sold more if you put more work into an expansion...
Abandoned, empty shell of a game. Do not buy this game, the developers do not deserve your money for completely neglecting their roadmap and community and instead letting this game with AMAZING potential stay dead in the water.
I love this game. Its fantastic. Don't buy it. Necropolis is a dead game with no updates for years. They had a roadmap, a great community, huge success on youtube, and then they started a new game. People loved this game so much that they wanted to keep working on it and coding it! So some coders looked at the code, and deemed that they would have to fully recreate the game, which would take far too much time and money. Man is this game fun. It's the hardest dungeon crawler I've played. It's witty, challenging, and man when you have friends it's fun as hell to kill each other. But with no updates, it lacks a large amount of content. I'll play with my friends now and then, but I sure as hell wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking to pick it up.
