Great game. Honestly kept doubting whether I should buy it or not. I finally bought it this summer sale and I can say. It definitely is worth it. You are put in the position of team manager. You have to please the chairman of the team. Manage finances and staff contracts. Manage your drivers morale and contracts. Upgrade the HQ, buy and build new buildings. Handle car upgrades and fit the parts to your car. Maintain a balance between part reliability and performance. ( When developing parts you can choose to add a stat buff that breaks the rules, each stat buff that includes risk increases the risk level by 1. You go from LOW to MEDIUM to HIGH. After each race the stewards will inspect your car. If these rule breaking parts are found you will be penalized.) (You can also vote to add new tracks or take away tracks) A little cool feature that I like is that the championships have rules that aren't static. Every season, all the team managers have the chance to nominate a rule that they want out of a set amount of options. Once the rule is nominated you can then begin a vote where all the team managers vote on whether they want to vote FOR, AGAINST or ABSTAIN. Abstaining earns you an extra vote which you can add on to any vote you want. ( I suggest you save them for when you nominate your own rule to ensure it gets accepted or when you want to reject another nomination) When its finally race day, you have to manage car setup during practice sessions by sending out your drivers on stints and hearing their feedback and tweaking the setup accordingly. If the championship you are in has qualifying you can then send out your drivers on qualifying stints during qualifying sessions. Finally the actual race. In races you have to manage your fuel level, tire wear, condition of car parts and strategy. One final thing I want to mention. The game has promotions and relegations. There are 3 tiers in the single seater category. WMC (World Motorsport Championship) APSC ( Asia-Pacific Super Cup) ERS (European Racing Series) All with their own fluid and non static rulesets and events. If you win the constructors championship in the APC or ERS you go up and if you come last you get relegated to the tier below. ( I am not sure what happens if you finish last in the ERS) Mods are also cool but I haven't tried any. Great Game
