Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 7.71/day in the week to Sep 8 → 10.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 22 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,513 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
PARKOUR
Parkour through a brutalist post-apocalyptic world with smooth gameplay, and engage in seamless combat encounters. You must use your skills and agility to find your way in this desolated place.
Play as a girl named ‘P’, and use everything at her disposal to escape from deadly traps. Run, climb, slide, crouch, wall run, perform stunts, and even use your chainsaw to cross impossible distances.
HEAVY MACHINES
From smaller autonomous construction equipment, to massive dump trucks, survive a hostile environment where everything wants to kill you. Who’s gonna win, a sleepy girl with a chainsaw, or an army of rogue machines?
Strike first, or die. A single mistake can cost your life in a brutal clash of metal. Too big to destroy with one swing? Climb bosses and slice them into pieces, turning colossal machines into dust.
MEGASTRUCTURE
Not everything can be solved with a chainsaw. Alone with a flashlight, you are powerless against the crushing atmosphere of the structure. Rush through the darkness in endless corridors and cross liminal spaces.
Insignificant as you are on the scale of this cursed place, you have to face your fears and complete the job. But can you fight your megalophobia?
SLICE OF LIFE
Get in, eliminate the machines, and get out. That was the job. But upon arrival, the mysterious megastructure proves far larger than expected, and P quickly realizes this is no ordinary job.
Partner with a mysterious malfunctioning Orb Drone (Orbie) and embark on the daily routine of a ‘Slicer’. Armed with nothing more than her chainsaw, P must carve through every machine along her way to the top - no matter the cost.

Overall, I enjoyed this game but it's not without flaws. The atmosphere is great and I love the level design. It never gets old climbing out of a level and being able to look down and see everywhere you've been and the bosses you've killed. The story is barebones; you'll be left with a lot of questions at the end but I prefer that to the storytelling that hits you over the head with plot points. The music is chill and the vibes are right. Let's talk about the problems. The controls are just not there especially for a platformer. Motorslicing (the game's namesake) is flashy but atrocious to actually use. It's finicky and more often than not I fell to my death because the game decided I wasn't angled exactly right. The game has very few controls and I feel like they could have used more buttons. Something like making X motorslice horizontally and Y motorslice vertically (Xbox) would go a long way to making it more consistent to execute. Do we really need dedicated camera zoom button? Or a camera switch button? (or blink button?) At least put those on joystick click and leave the triggers for more important functions. Also there's no in-game button re-mapping. Next the game camera. It generally does a good job but there are bits (like Motorslicing) where it tries to help you out by locking to a specific point. This would be nice... if it was where I wanted the camera. I can't count the number of times I died because a Motorslice section ended just around a corner and I didn't know it was coming because I couldn't see it. Here again is where having important actions on triggers matters since I can't control the camera while I'm busy pressing/holding face buttons. Backtracking/save points. I understand the usefulness in guiding the player by limiting their ability to backtrack, but with collectables off the beaten path I found it really frustrating not knowing which path was the "correct" path forward and which was for optional for collectibles. I was trying to collect them all but on more than one occasion I chose incorrectly and got locked out of going back. In one instance, I managed to abuse some parkour to backtrack anyway. I feel like having some way to go backwards even outside of game like re-loading to a specific checkpoint would make this less painful. On the topic of save points, I really appreciated the mostly generous save point system. But again with collectibles, the off path locations are often far from the last save. The collectibles are also generally harder to reach than the main path, so you fail more often. This leads to a lot of repeated running that serves no purpose. I would honestly prefer if every time I fell to my death, I just respawned right on that same ledge. It saves me time and doesn't really take away from the challenge of some sections where you don't touch the ground for long stretches. I have a few more minor gripes but I won't list them. It may sound like I'm being harsh on the game but I want to close this out by saying I really did enjoy this game and I do like it. I just think that with a bit of polish it could be truly excellent and I would love to see that happen! Here's hoping to future updates!

This is the fourth time I've completed the game (the other three times were on PS5), and I can say that this is my favorite game of the year and one of the ones I've enjoyed the most in several years. The visual presentation is fantastic, the art style is perfect, the music is excellent, and the gameplay is flawless. All the levels are interconnected, and there's so much to do in these massive environments, with many ways to complete a level or even skip it entirely. The only thing I would improve for a sequel would be some of the boss fights. There are some very good ones, but a couple fall short of the rest in my opinion. I'd also like them to expand the story more for a sequel; they show glimpses of it here and there, but I wouldn't say it's the main focus. Even so, you can see the passion poured into this project. 10/10 and my personal Game of the Year.

Apart from the minor goon bait, the game is amazing. Personally what called me the most is the map. There should be a second game that actually delves into the lore. There are a lot of questions that the game just does not answer. I hope that, if there is a next game, It does go over those questions that this game generates
Such a beautiful game. Sometimes the puzzles are frustrating but it never got so difficult that I wanted to quit. A smidge too horny but what can you do lmao
