Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Sep 13 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

My first card game. Honestly, this game was my introduction to the whole deck-building/card game genre, and as my first experience with this kind of gameplay, it is absolutely incredible. As you can see, I've spent quite a lot of time playing it — and that's not even counting the ~30 hours I spent playing a pirated version before buying it. 😂 The story isn't exactly the most original thing in the world, but the idea of Hell fighting against Heaven is something I absolutely love. Especially considering that I'm a huge fan of the anime Owari no Seraph (Seraph of the End). You collect cards, build your deck, and fight against the so-called "forces of good" — which are honestly portrayed as WAY more sinister than the demons you're trying to save. And the final boss? He looks like some kind of anti-god. I HIGHLY recommend this game to everyone. Yes, there are already tons of other games in this genre, and I'm sure some of them are more polished or better developed. But Monster Train really stands out with its unique art style, mechanics, and the sheer number of possibilities. There are 5 clans (6 with the DLC), and that's more than enough to spend dozens of hours experimenting, learning how everything works, and trying to discover the ultimate deck. However, I have to warn you about one thing: There is A LOT of randomness in this game. And yes, it can make you absolutely furious. You can spend an entire run building what feels like an unstoppable deck, collect a bunch of amazing artifacts, feel like you've basically become a god... And then the ONE card you desperately need just doesn't show up at the right moment. And that's it. You're dead. 😂 But despite that, I absolutely stand by this game. I seriously doubt that anyone who gives it a proper chance can remain completely indifferent to it. I can't really give this game an objective rating. For ME? This is a TOP-TIER game. 10/10.
