In a city where information is heavily monitored, couriers called Runners transport sensitive data. In this seemingly utopian paradise, a crime has been committed, & you are being hunted. You are a Runner called Faith and this innovative first-person action-adventure is your story.

Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.

peak game with peak story and art and every level is good good 4-5 hours
I know this game is an oldie, but back in the day all I heard as how cool it was. I'm genuinely interested in the story but can't anymore. Mouse clicks tab out of the game, resetting your progress. (This is a glitch). The fighting feels a little clunky but is doable. What isn't doable is the level design. It's the long jumps: To the Pipe or the Wall Run to the other building. It's glowing red, it's the intended direction but every time I try the jump I die. Just fall, doesn't even make it to the building or Faith fails to grab the ledge. (I hate the autograb, it barely works half the time.) I made it one time, with heavy damage. Just like the Pipe in an earlier level and the Slo-mo mechanic does not help. I've looked up guides, I can see how you're supposed to do it. But the fact that some platforming is a 1/10 chance of succeding sucks. I'm sad I'm not finishing this game, but I can't deal with the controls anymore

13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Mirror's Edge is a lot of fun, and it's even better on subsequent playthroughs. It's not super long, you can beat the game in just a few hours, but it's very replayable. The story is pretty unique, as is the gameplay, and it's the kind of game where a lot of the fun comes from getting better as you play the game a second and third time. Mirror's Edge was very experimental, but it's still a really good game and it's unfortunate that there aren't more like it. Real shame the sequel ended up like that
oh man... i miss this era, games suck now lol
I really loved this game. It has aged very well for a game from 2009 and can run really well on a modern computer. The story is engaging and Faith is a really cool female lead. Not a silent protagonist for one thing which is really nice. The game has a really nice and inventive looking art style and runs very smoothly. I also like how the difficulty pulls no punches, literally one pixel off and you will fall. The game can be cruel at times and I have gotten stuck a few times, especially when you have to escape the mall. I thought the game pulled an Undertale on me that I killed all the guards and thought the mall became a prison, fortunatley for me I escaped through the roofway. I really enjoyed this game and its a very fun and freeing experience. Nothing but a huge thumbs up from me!
One of the best games I've played on my Steam Deck. The atmosphere, the visuals and the music all managed to transport me to back my early gaming days, where everything felt new and exciting. We don't get games like this anymore, which is such a shame. The combat is a product of its time, clunky and unresponsive at times, but everything else is just perfect.
Refreshing, give it a try. Keep PhysX off.
