Reviews
Shovel Knight was very well-done but never quite my kind of thing. Mina, however, is definitely my thing. I grew up with the Gameboy Color Zelda games and in more recent years have come to appreciate games with trickier action combat like Elden Ring, so I felt very at home here. The zany mad science themes and weapons, the build diversity with trinkets, the often-unusual "dungeons" (especially
Nox's Bayou
,
Bone Beach
, and the
Astral Orrery
) - there's a lot to love here. Some people have friction with the early game, but if you meet it on its terms, read signs and news, and get some upgrades before venturing too far you should be just fine.
If you can get over the initial hump of figuring out the controls, this is a great game that will suck you in and leave you wondering how it got to be so late.

Amazing game. absolutely recommended :)
Goty
After beating the game once, it has a built-in randomizer and tons and tons of other little modifications to play the game how you wanna play it. I'm on my second play through right now, with all the item locations and shops randomized. It's a whole new game and I love it so much! Great game with a great story and amazing mechanics. Very satisfying.
Hard to believe something going for the frustration of old games could get it just right. One of the best games of recent times and it looks like this? Insane. Also you play as a rat
