Atlus needs to make more games like this.

It's good. Pretty typical Persona game. However, it's very lenient on time and roleplay choices. You won't need to be constantly checking a guide to get the best ending. Dialogue choices don't matter for the most part. You also don't need to stress about finishing quests, friendships, stats, etc.. there's enough time to do absolutely everything and be left twiddling your thumbs at the end wondering how to pass the extra days.

good game, worth it if it is on sale! dont be scared that its woke just bc the MC looks like a girl, its just an asian child, they look like that and tbh not even an asian alpha male could look more masculine then the square jawed women that get so very popular nowadays in our western hellhole of a culture... there is also a suspicious looking character later but dw, he is evil, he looks like that to make him more hateable and not to HuMaNiZe him xD now about the actual game the demo has 6 hours of playtime, i suggest u try it out and see if you like it. i feel in the demo the balance between cutscenes and fights is ok however after the demo that changes, it took me 4 hours to do the first dungeon (after the demo, it wasnt a slog but it was a noticeable difference from the earlier pace, btw leave one of the summoning crystals alive so your mage can farm MP, not ideal, i wish they would sell MP items but... nothings perfect, overall it was still enjoyable) and there are times when its 1 hours+ of cutscenes, personally i can handle that but i am afraid thats not for everyone, the good thing is alot of it is voiced and i like the english dub. the story is fully skippable though, so if you dont like it, you dont have to sit through it and maybe u rather watch a recap of the story on youtube. the story may not be woke but some political themes are touched, i think the main message is "rage against the machine" although one could also wrap it up by saying "be kind to each other" racism is touched but as a white straight male i am not bothered by it even though the MC belongs to "the lowest of the races" lol i feel its subtle and most people wont even realize whats happening, well now i primed u for it so *U* might :D some thing i dont like is sometimes its worth to alt f4 and reload and face a fight with the right archetypes instead of just toughing it out... it feels bad if you bring the wrong archetype, the char feels so useless. good thing is the autosave system is good (at least until now) i could always just alt f4 and the autosave got me right before the fight. the balance is also bad, every dungeon i go i only do quick fights now because i outleveled the areas, i didnt grind, i only did all the sidequests and another thing that i noticed... all the most fun dialoge options are a trap! you dont get funny responses, all you get is less rewards :( WTF?! why are they there? did they want to be funny but the mean evil CEO came in and cut the humour out? (there is still humour but the dialogue option thing is weird) well... be good guys and always pick the "right" answer :D
