There isn't too much to be said about a game like [i]PowerWash Simulator[/i], you see a few videos and pictures, and you know what you're getting into. You could argue that it's video game junk food, but I can make the argument that it's the perfect experience for when you're listening to a podcast or chatting with friends on Discord. There is solid variety in the levels, and a smattering of free and paid DLC that partners with many big IPs. It's undoubtedly a well made game. 1) No game should require a GDPR consent notice. 2) Anything that has a request for consent should have an option for 'No, I do not conset for you to collect my data." This game doesn't even have a button to say no and forces you to exit. It's accept or force-close the application. Not having a NO option is already a basic failure of respect for what it means to give consent. 3) This one's partly on me. I should have looked closer. It's an IP based DLC cash grab. To anyone reading this, DO NOT BUY GAMES WHICH USE OTHER IP TO SUCKER YOU INTO BUYING DLC. IT IS ALWAYS AND FOREVER A SCAM. I'm returning this crap.
IT'S DONE!!! After 72.5 hours of spraying literally everything in sight, I have finally 100%ed the game. I genuinely love this game. It has easily become one of my favorites, and even though I've finished everything, I know I would and WILL come back to it whenever I need a relaxing, no-think game to play. There's something so satisfying about watching something go from absolutely filthy to completely clean. It's simple, relaxing, and ridiculously addictive. It's also PERFECT to play while you're listening to a podcast, music, audiobook, etc. You'll sit down thinking, "I'll play just for a little bit," and next thing you know, 5 hours have passed. That's how much this game will have and KEEP your attention. I also loved almost all of the DLCs. They were a big reason I wanted to keep coming back to power wash. Like seriously, I get to clean the Krusty Krab? Shrek's swamp house? COME ON. The only one I wasn't thrilled about was the Warhammer 40,000 DLC, and that's probably on me. I've never played the games or really know anything about them. I just found those jobs tedious and a lil boring. I've had so many relaxing nights just power washing away, and honestly, I'm a little sad that I've finally 100%ed it. Just means it's time to move on to PowerWash 2, which I'm equally as excited about. 10/10. Would happily spend another 70 hours cleaning virtual dirt.

i used to love this game so much, to bad the devs are really greedy, they lock achievements behind DLC's, they made a whole second game that's legit the exact same as the first one and immediately started pumping DLC's for it, like come on, it's not that hard to be a good game studio, they get so blinded by the money that they forget what even made them succeed in the first place, i would 100% NOT recommend this game or any other game FuturLab try's to sell.
