Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's a good thing this is just a game and none of the things Campbell said would ever ever ever come true!
It's Metal Gear Solid! What more do i need to say? Of course it's awesome!!!
lost what was probably 5 hours of progress because apparently theres a game-breaking bug regarding a disc-reading error, absolute joke of a port STAY AWAY!

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Kojima is god
just finsished this game on the ps2 (couldnt put up with this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ port, so this review is on the game itself not the steam port) this game is weird for me. See i like the game play of splinter cell so much more as a stealth game but the smoothness of this game is crazy the only issue is the aiming but outside of the sniper rifle and a couple of moments is not a problem. The pacing i feel is really bad like i know that mgs3 had long moments to but this game is even worse i mean i dont care about the lore of most of the bosses this should be side content to explore but you know kojima no subtleness here. The graphics are really impressive at the time with some physics that work really well. Now the story is interesting to me, know i understood everything im used to kojimas writing and his way of showing details and playing these games in order of story i understand it but i dont think its slaps as hard here. The story in the first was so edgy there where things that you dont see every where else its was good same as 3 it felt really good the bosses in 3 are crazy, but man i dont really like it here. I like raiden but hes just a quiet character here he has basic dialogue and he is used more as a vessel for the player i feel like the codec calls are all placed at me because raiden has like no character. Some parts also i feel are really bad like the escort misson and the vamp boss fight. Although i have issue with it i cant help but still like it i will see if it stays in third once 4 is realeased on pc and modern consoles.
IS OK
fun
Very compelling plot, and an improvement in gameplay over MGS 1. Mouse and keyboard worked fine for me. And cannot forget the soundtrack. Also nice to be called Jack, as a Jack myself.
A Masterpiece.
kept you waiting, huh?
