the game is dead. don't even bother and look at the player count.
Marathon 2026 Cons: 1. High Loading Times 2. Complex Menus Have Learning Curve 3. Highly Competitive at Mid-Level (18+) 4. $40+ 5. Microtransactions (minimal, but they're still there) Pros: 1. Incredibly Thematic 2. In Depth Faction and Upgrade System 3. Fun and Interesting Loot Pool 4. Good Community 5. Great PVE/PVP Balance 6. Plenty of content to unlock and master 7. Intriguing and interesting story to unravel 8. Performs well 9. Satisfying mechanics 10. Addicting re-playable runs 11. Low cheater count Overall I highly recommend Marathon, I really enjoy it, and I hope you will too. I even think its worth the price, which I don't say a lot these days.

In its current state the game is full of bugs. The game feels like a Bungie game from gun play movement, etc. I do enjoy the game, but for the amount of man power behind this game it is way to buggy. Menus often take forever to load or the tool tip just doesn't show up. The load screen can be anywhere from 2 minutes to 10 minutes for some folks. I average around 2 minutes. The game is and "extraction shooter" that really just plays like a team death match and the last team standing gets to actually loot. In its current state I would not recommend this game, will see how things go in season 3 I guess.

this game is dead outside the USA if you are in Asia do not buy this game it will be a waste of money and you will not be able to play it there are no players even if you set to first available match and wait a hour for a game there's nothing, it is even impossible to find a game on solo.
This is a very boring game. The balance is not there and its certainly not the fun. Do make the same mistake bungie did. Don't put all your eggs in this basket. 27.99 is not all worth it. not even with a sale. If there is a foreseeable plan for this game, I fail to recognize it. please save your money.
