About
Evelius’s Tower awaits you, adventurers. Do you have what it takes to make it out alive?

Lucky Tower Ultimate is an absurd adventure that will bamboozle you in its difficulty, while enchanting you with its absurdly funny charm. Be prepared to perish at the hands of the uncompromising Tower's traps and monsters countless times before you can even think about escaping to the local village - and only then can progression be earned.

Embark on a quest with the delightfully narcissistic knight, Von Wanst, as he finds himself zapped into the perplexing Tower with no armor, weapons, or clear path to escape. Seek aid (and extra firepower) from a lovable cast of quirky companions. With each death, Von Wanst is transported back to the top of the randomly generated Tower to start again, ensuring that no two journeys are ever the same.
Lucky Tower encourages improvisation, mastery, and learning as you play. Experiment with puzzles and enemies, and take your time to learn the twists and tricks of the Tower if you want to survive.

Lucky Tower Ultimate is infused with slapstick humor and a hand-drawn aesthetic, making each run feel like an immersive cartoon. As a continuation of the cult classic Flash game series about choosing between three mysterious doors, the Lucky Tower beckons seasoned fans and new players alike to experience the unique pleasure of getting all geared up... just to slip on a banana peel and die.

From broccoli to dead enemies, everything in the game can be used as a weapon
A village for commerce, meta-progression, and a customizable home awaits you after you escape the tower
Companions and enemies react to the way you treat them - friends turn to foes if you step on their toes, and villains can open doors for you if you help them out along the way
Journey through the tower to find 200+ items, ranging from Golden Armor to a honk horn, and 40+ traps, like barrels of dynamite and bee hives
For those who seek to truly become the ultimate knight, the True Ending and final boss fight will be added for the launch of version 1.0!

Randomly generated levels and haircuts keeps every playthrough fresh
Hand-drawn 2D graphics that feel like an immersive cartoon
Full voice acting makes for kickin’ times and smashing punchlines
Multiple ways to exit the tower, including a dark and atmospheric Cave
Learn and experiment without limitations (or hand holding)
Unlock companion quests by escaping the tower with them by your side

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's like if Slop had an inverse twin, Slap. That is this game. It slaps. The premise is simple, the depth, near infinite. The lore, literal infinities are involved.
Lucky Tower Ultimate is one of the most fun roguelikes I’ve played. You don’t have to stress about gear or spend hours thinking about builds. Everything is random, and that’s what makes it so addictive. The game is full of stupid jokes, funny dialogue, and ridiculous traps. The main character is a complete idiot in the best possible way, and he never stops making me laugh. Even dying is fun because there are so many insane ways to die. You can run into the same enemy you’ve already beaten, and the next time it’ll kill you in a completely different way. Out of nowhere, some giant monster can show up and smack you with a huge hammer. Or you’ll slip on a banana peel and fall straight off the tower. You never know what’s waiting behind the next door. I honestly can’t recommend it enough. It’s the perfect game to play for half an hour before bed when you just want to chill and have a laugh. Easy 10/10. The name Lucky Tower fits it perfectly. Luck matters just as much as skill. Sometimes the tower decides to let you keep going, and sometimes it throws the most ridiculous trap at you for no reason. And somehow, that’s exactly what makes it so much fun.
The gameplay is simple 2D platforming you would expect from a flash game in 2010. You're not going to be impressed with the combat. It's functional, but only serves as the platform to deliver silly deaths and abstract humor. The replay value comes from an absurd difficulty curve that relies heavily on random deaths. Typical rogue-lite progression, one life and start over. Get far enough and you unlock tiny changes for future play throughs. If you wanted a game like this with a more technical skill ceiling and serious progression, I'd recommend Rogue Legacy (1 or 2). If you want a more casual presentation in a cartoon world that thinks killing you is funny, you'll find some charm and entertainment with Lucky Tower. This is niche within a niche. You have to like the Rogue-lite genre, enjoy silly cartoonish humor, not require in depth gameplay and not mind an absurd difficulty curve that thinks killing you is more entertaining than eating moldy cheese. If you can watch the trailer and find entertainment from this type of comedy, you'll probably enjoy the game. If you need something with gameplay that doesn't rely on random death loops as jokes, this probably isn't for you. I don't mind absurd difficulty as long as I'm being entertained, but this is a very cautious recommendation, it's not for everyone. --- Bottom line: 2010 Flash game that thinks death is funny. --- While you are here, would you consider following my curator page? Want to read all of my reviews and not just the curated ones?
NEW ACHIEVEMENT. You must really hate yourself to die so many times over and over but keep comoing back for more. You think you'll win, but it's impossible. REWARD? Lucky Tower is reward enough See you on the next run where you're sure to die again.
I really like its humor; it's funny and addictive. It's rare that you get stressed about losing. For me, the best thing is that it has many tricks that you learn as you play to make the games easier.
I mostly play roguelites and roguelikes. This is an all-timer. Top 3 ever roguelikes for me. The first dozen hours feels so magical and the world feels alive. After that, you kind of just get in the flow and will play the game differently,. From both angles SOLID!. Lucky Tower is a must play.
This game is an awesome game to have around when your bored on the steamdeck, honestly when there is nothing better todo on retro arch this is one of my goto games to play around for half an hour have fun and move on. jokes become stale after awhile but overall still a fun game to play.
