Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 12/day in the week to Jul 30 → 16.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Two young friends, lost in a frightening world not made for children.
If they cannot find a way out of this Nowhere place, they’ll be condemned to a fate worse than death.

You play as Low and Alone, best friends ever since they found each other in this lonely nightmare. They each possess their own iconic item: a bow for Low and a wrench for Alone. Working together, they’ve become adept at sneaking through hidden passages, hoisting each other over massive obstacles, and watching each other’s backs. Whether you’re playing with a friend or an A.I. companion, you’ll depend on each other's iconic items to create opportunities and to progress. The environment is full of clues and possibilities for imaginative children to exploit. Low’s arrows can reach high targets, cut through ropes, or down flying enemies, and Alone’s wrench is just the thing for crushing stunned enemies, smashing through barriers, or manipulating the workings of massive machines.

No matter where you go, the Nowhere is home to horrific monsters. These Residents won't hesitate to go out of their way to capture any intrusive little Visitors that draw their attention. You might find yourself playing a terrifying game of hide and seek with Monster Baby in the sandy ruins of the Necropolis, struggling to avoid swarms of voracious Candy Weevils in an unsetlling Candy Factory, or dodging heavy feet while running along the rain-soaked promenade of a filthy funfair. You'll need to be ready to run, hide, or even defend yourself at a moment's notice to stay in one piece.

Don’t be too distracted by the desolate beauty of the Nowhere. There are dark mysteries waiting for you as Low and Alone follow their mirror path across the Spiral. As each new location will become more dangerous and disturbing than the last, traumatic flashes from the past will begin to emerge. Will Low and Alone finally escape from this unending nightmare?
Only you can help them, little ones...

SE NOTA QUE NO ES DE LOS CREADORES DEL little nitghmares 1 y 2. NO COMPRAR.
Telling A New Team To Chase The Ghost Of A Franchise They Never Created Is Certainly A Choice.
I am not here to shame Supermassive Games. Despite not playing any of their works, I recognize the studio's strength in creating good horror games (Until Dawn and The Dark Pictures Anthology series). However, this is not the case. Little Nightmare 3 is pretty disappointing. Yes. The core gameplay still follows the formula of Little Nightmares, but the vibe and the design are not "Little Nightmares." It really feels like a fan-made imitation of the first game with some mechanics carried over from the second one. The art style is too genteel. The camera angle makes some platforming sections irritating. It's not bad as a regular horror game, yet with a title as promising as "Little Nightmares," this game just doesn't live up to its reputation for me.
Things I Like And Dislike About Little Nightmare 3:

Tools: I like the introduction of innate tools. Alone has a wrench with which she can bash through cracks and operate smaller mechanisms. Low has a bow with which he can shoot down contraptions and create distractions. Together, these new abilities allow the early game to evolve beyond the usual running, hiding, and jumping. Some levels even have unique tools to help diversify the platforming a little, like gliding with umbrellas or accessing different dimensions with the doll. However, their utilities never go beyond their initial use cases. I am not saying the wrench and the bow should receive some ridiculous power eventually. I just think their usage could be more than just bashing things and shooting things down.
Chase Scenes: I believe the chase sequences in Little Nightmares 3 is definitely the best in the series. The tension is higher than usual. The pursuers are often rabid and can catch up on you fast. Their entrances are portrayed in a more organic way instead of suddenly appearing from the left of the screen. Even the obstacle courses during the running parts are fun to navigate. However, these chasing scenes still fall victim to the classic "trials and errors." Unclear indications, slow camera shift, and inconsistency go hand in hand with this design. This issue is less annoying for solo play since you can just follow the AI companion and see where it goes. I cannot imagine how frustrating it is for coop play to keep dying and trying before finally stumbling upon the right path.

Things I Dislike About Little Nightmare 3:

The "Uncanny Valley" Vibe: I am not sure if "uncanny valley" can be applied to video games or not. If it could, I would definitively point at Little Nightmare 3. There is something about this game I just can't put my finger on. It plays like Little Nightmare. It feels like Little Nightmare. Yet, somehow, something doesn't seem right. Maybe it's because the visuals and colors are vastly different in each chapter, and the tone shifts abruptly between each of them. Maybe it's because the homage towards the first game is too literal that the rendition becomes off-putting. Again, I am not saying the developers have done something wrong. It's just that their reinterpretation may have slightly distorted what Little Nightmare is known for.
Enemy Design: Now this I can speak about confidently. The enemies in Little Nightmares 3 are not very scary, well, at least for me. Most of them lose the iconic eeriness that persists throughout the franchise. Their body proportions are less exaggerated, and their overall appearances feel way too human. It really feels like the team doesn't want to lean too hard into the body horror. A simple comparison between the first antagonist of both Little Nightmares 3 and REANIMAL (Tarsier Studio's latest work) is enough. In Little Nightmare 3 the first antagonist is a giant monster baby who smashes through ruins with her curious hands and can turn you into stones with her gaze. I mean, it's one type of fear factor, but to me, she's more on the ridiculous side rather than scary. Plus, her whole section is all about waiting for her to do something else before you can progress. That certainly deducts a lot of points. In comparison, The Sniffer in REANIMAL is a more ominous presence. His elongated limbs and weird animalistic behavior easily make him unsettling. The abilities to teleport through human carcasses and summon an army of bleached human-skin hounds are cherries on top.
Camera Angle Does Not Convey Well: This is actually really funny. Little Nightmare always has a bad relationship between platforming and camera angle. Due to the nature of side-scrolling in a 3D environment, what you see and where you land may not be the same and as accurate as you may think. Tarsier Studio has mended the mistake and found a better solution in Little Nightmare 2. Hilariously, Supermassive Game makes the exact mistake in Little Nightmare 3 but somehow worse. The camera angle is more inflexible. You may need to take some time to adjust your position before proceeding. In some sections, it's very hard to tell if you are aligned with the platforms or way off the grid, resulting in countless failed jump attempts.
A Lot Of Waiting: Most of the major antagonist encounters involve a lot of waiting. You have to wait strictly for them to do specific things before you can proceed or else you instantly lose. Letting the enemies dictate the pace of the game without offering you any methods to interrupt feels tedious. This design philosophy is fine for one or two encounters, but stretching it to every single antagonist is too much.

If you like what I write, please consider a follow to my curator page, thanks!
This game is ass. It's so much worse than LM1 and LM2. The pace is slow and underwhelming. The story has no direction and it's just going from one room to another solving puzzles that feel repetitive. Some sections have irritating climbing and jumping spots that messes with your sense of visual perspective. Also got a bunch of bugs.
