Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Every market we collect.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 54.14/day in the week to Sep 1 → 98.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
A mischievous fairy has left the once-majestic library in utter chaos. The principal’s word is law: "You are forbidden from leaving until all 3,072 books are returned to their rightful places!" In the silent, mystical archive, your long battle against the mountain of books begins.
Categorization: From Destructive Magic and The Travels of Otherworld to Romance Novels—use titles and cover designs as clues to transport a massive collection to the correct sections.
Massive Volume: With 3,072 books to organize, the task may seem overwhelming at first. However, as you stack each book, you will unlock magical abilities that drastically boost your efficiency.
Visual Satisfaction: There is a special joy in seeing the books that once cluttered the floor return to the shelves, slowly revealing the hidden floor beneath. As chaos transforms into perfect order, you’ll experience an unparalleled sense of satisfaction.
Strategic Efficiency: How will you combine your unlocked abilities? What order will you tackle the mess? The strategic fun lies in your decision-making, as your tactics can lead to a dramatic increase in workflow.
Immersive Atmosphere: The library’s ambient sound and BGM change dynamically; as shelves fill up, the acoustic resonance grows stronger, drawing you deeper into the world.
The Principal’s Strict Evaluation: Your precision is being monitored. The Principal’s evaluation shifts in real-time based on how many rows are "correctly shelved" according to the rules. Accuracy and speed are the keys to a perfect score—and your escape.
Assemble: A spell that summons other volumes of the same series directly to your hands.
Insight: Highlights other volumes of the same series, making them easy to spot even in a disorganized pile.
Auto-Shelving: A spell that instantly places the books in your hands onto the shelves in perfect order.

Teljesen ráfüggtem egy jó időre. Szép és élvezetes volt. Bár amikor elöszőr találkoztam vele, akkor azt gondoltam ki se akarom próbálni. 😅😅
How do you know, your game was a success? You make a game with an inconventional mechanic and then people start to copy it. This is why I think... no. I KNOW this game was a huge hit. It's been less than 4 months and I've already seen 4 if not more games with this exact concept. Movie store, jigsaw puzzels and what not. But Librarian is and always will be the original.

I like it, but there were some problems with the game, sometimes the books were falling into the floor and was hard to get them, had to restart the game a few times. I couldn't find 2 keys and tried opening the closed chests but nothing worked. Hoping devs fix those those issues and also hoping they create more maps.
Man this game was so enjoyable. It was perfect. The ONLY complaint is i wish there was another level. Like, the only thing I want is more content to keep enjoying this game. When I finished all the achievements... I was like "dang. I feel empty now". And I went in search for games like it to scratch the itch.
Game is fun and chill, the references and silly names of the books are amusing, but you can break it pretty easily once you reallize the only 2 spells that matter are the 4 and 5 and the rest are just noob traps to waste your points. All you gotta do is finish your first row, level up 5 to max and start completing rows by (maybe 1 point into 2 if you really can't figure out where a book goes), and 4 to make the process of placing books less tedious and you will be done in no time. So if you wanna enjoin the experience I would say don't level up the spells and just try to figure out the places by yourself, give your brain some time to unwind and enjoy the ride
Scratched an itch. Need more
Man that's sooo many books
6 and a half hours of fun, i bought it, installed it, sat down and beat it in one sitting in a little over 6 hours, this didnt feel like a game I would come back to if i didnt just get it done. Good art, nice enough visuals. It was worth the money, but id reccomend picking it up on sale since its a one and done kinda game. If it looks like even a modicum of fun to you, pull the trigger on it, it was worth wasting the afternoon on.
Haven't blinked for 2 business days
Such a relaxing and delightful game. One hour of gameplay feels like five minutes, it's lovely.
