Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.14/day in the week to Aug 14 → 8.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Recommended — absolute steal for the price, with a lot of room to grow. This is one of those games where you buy it thinking “yeah, I’ll mess around for a bit” and then suddenly you’re deep into builds, upgrades, crit/AP choices, and wondering why your screen has become a magical war crime. For the money, Legacy of Defense is 100% worth it even in its current state. The core loop is fun, the mechanics are easy to understand, and the upgrades are interesting enough that I kept wanting to try different approaches. You can clearly see the bones of a really addictive game here. That said, the late game/infinite mode could use more variety. Once you get powerful enough, a few things start to happen: The screen becomes so chaotic that it’s hard to even tell what’s going on — and I’m playing on a massive gaming monitor. The run starts to feel less like strategy and more like gambling with health loss/stat upgrades. After a certain point, nothing really new happens, so pushing the leaderboard feels less exciting than it probably should. I understand why the game starts forcing big stat gains with big HP loss. If you’re sitting on 10k+ HP forever, nothing is going to kill you. But right now, that part of the game becomes a bit repetitive. I found myself avoiding certain upgrades and taking crit/AP boosts just to lower my health and eventually lose on purpose, not because the game was bad, but because the run had stopped evolving. The classes are a cool idea too, but I think they could be pushed further. Early on, it feels meaningful to pick upgrades that suit your class, but at high levels you eventually end up taking almost anything, so the class identity starts to fade. Skill trees or more class-specific upgrade paths would make builds feel more distinct and give each character more long-term personality. A branching map system would also add a lot. Something in the spirit of choosing different paths, risks, rewards, bosses, events, or modifiers would make runs feel less predictable and give the game more replay value. The current levels are fun, but they can start to feel a bit samey once you’ve played enough. All of that is meant as constructive feedback, because I genuinely like the game. The foundation is strong, the price is excellent, and the dev clearly has something good here. Easy recommend from me — and honestly, I like it enough that I’m going to check out the developer’s other games just to support them.
absolutely worth the 5 bucks... reminds me of TB in a way but with infinite choices... would like more "maps" but other than that it's a great time waster
Cool Game !
挺好玩的 從試玩版一路玩到現在
This game can't be rushed through. It takes time to have the progress to win the stages and beat their bosses and that is totally fine. The speed up function is very usefull, so u get faster runs and faster progress.
